I have recently been trying to learn how to cook steak since my brother has started giving us a family gift of a gift box from Omaha Steaks for Christmas/our dad's Birthday. This year I cooked my first bacon wrapped filet mignons in a cast iron skillet.
@@NadeemHamidy My dad and my son said it tasted good and was nice and tender. I was following a recipe I had found online that gave me the timing for each step. It had me sear it first on the stove top, finish cooking it to medium in the oven, then immediately pull it out of the skillet to rest on a cutting board before slicing. It did get a bit more charred on one side then the other when I was searing it, yet they didn't seem to mind.
I’ll look into it! Wait till next week because this chimichurri is a blend of a “crack” sauce Jeow Som and other things I like. Best sauce I’ve ever made in my life

Chimichurri is bomb but you should look up asian crack sauce but add chili crisp to it…absolute game changer
