Great review again, and this is a lovely boat, but the extra cabin, power and versatility of the Saxdor 400 GTC are too hard to beat for this budget... 👍
What's funny is I just watched Alex's review of this boat on your old channel Jack, qnd now I'm watching yours and yours is a bit more thorough. For whatever reason, A,ex is always fighting with people being in the boat when he's filming. Means you can't show everything
Great review Jack. Which one to have?! The difficult question as all 4 look greats boats and I’d be happy with any of them. I do really like the Saxdor though.
Awesome as usual Jack. My wife and I are really interested in this one as we are shopping for a new boat right now. We will not make a decision until Jack gets to do a sea trial. You hear that Quarken, get Jack on board straight away for a proper sea trial:-)
Lot's of options in this end of the market. This puppy, Saxdor, Axopar. If you want a cat you can even spring for a Aquila. If you want to get someplace fast and comfortable chances are you won't go wrong with any of them.
Great video as usual. Love to see a sea trial on the 35 in rough water. My wife and I are real closer to ordering one. The hick up is the VAt tax and shipping to the USA. The dealer here can’t give us a solid quote.
@@Yachtbuyer Oh goodie, a sea trail from Jack coming soon:-) Really can’t express how much I appreciate what you do. Some of if not the best boat reviews on the web. Thank you.
I see their practicality, but these heavily asymmetrical boats still look weirdly lobsided for me. Also these larger walkaround adventure boat types are getting into a size and pricerange where they would not be my choice over an admittedly slower but more voluminous type.
Next time you are in 6 to 8 foot seas going 20 knots in headseas, beam seas and a follow sea all the while still getting 1.4 nmpg with a dry windshield the Axopar wins all day long. I have been in Nimbus, Saxdor and the stupid Wellcraft that noone will buy because, well its stupid and all these wannabees were rushed to market, do not have the solid engineering, balance and brilliance of the Axopar. As they say, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Axoparians are all laughing at these imitators.
I was in conditions that would put most boats in the marina huddling for safety. I had three young children aboard and yet never felt unsafe at 20Kts. Yes my XCabin with twin 300s can do 46 kts in smoother seas. The virtual of the Axopar 37 compared to anything on the market can ONLY be appreciated in rough conditions. All boats perform well is calm seas Its the tempest that separate the chafe from the seeds. Axopar rules! There is no hull like it on the market. period.
@tiara_richmarinadelrey2719 it's good to hear you're pleased with your Axopar, but the Quarken boats handle rough weather very well, they pride themselves on their build quality and are made in Finland. Don't knock it until you've tried it, I think you'd be surprised.
Got to be honest... it feels like this, the Axopar, and the Saxdor all came off of the same assembly line made by the same people. Saxdor 400 GTO for me.
The SAXDOR absolutely, this does the deck worse, the cabin worse, the driving worse. The only positive I see it the door at the helm. I would take the Jeannaue 1095 over all of these though.
Would you have this or the Saxdor 400 GTC? 👉 th-cam.com/video/NNyiKDkCheo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=W0JDKfDMGUnslOkr

Very Nice Captn. Jack! Keep up the EXCELLENT work 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💯
Thanks! Will do! - Jack
Good price for what your getting...Hope Quarken develop further and bring out a 40 or 45' boat sometime in the future...Nice one Jack 🙂
Would love to see a 38. This one needs more food storage. But not too long as makes it difficult to get a slip. At least in the USA.
The Saxdor 400 GTC is king. The features, quality, and price are unbeatable. 👍🏻
The layout of the Saxdor is terrible compared to this Quarken.
I wouldn’t want to take out Saxdor in open ocean with its bow rider style seating. That leaves it only for inland calm waters.
Great quality video as usual - best review channel. Keep up the great work 🦾
We appreciate that, thanks! 🙏
This has the best layout from all for manufacturers.
GREAT as a day boat - or weekender...
Great review and really good channel.
Much appreciated, thanks! - Jack
Perfect size and plenty to like about it. ❤️🇬🇧👍

What channel??
Great review Jack.

Hoping they add their stbd side bull works door. Also, the port passenger winder needs to open.

Thanks for commenting, that’s great to hear. We have BIG plans for our sea trial of the 35 - stay tuned! - Jack

That’s kind of you to say, thank you! - Jack
I like that the windshield is one piece from corner to corner-- No windshield wipers though?
Hi Jack, was hoping you'd be doing a sea trail soon for the Q35. Any plans???? Thank you.
Very soon 👌
Can’t wait for the sea trail. hope it is soon:-0
Finally an electric barbecue in the aft cockpit. I was mistakenly thinking of the 27 cabin this one is new.
Thanks Jack! Axopar.
Tell me why! - J

Thanks Jack. Like it but the Saxdor 400GTC wins for me.
Love it!
Test drive next.
It’s in the diary! - J
I can see the quality difference between finland and poland made boats. Hopefully they will continue to manufacture their boats in finland.
Sure be nice if you tested more boats in the 35 to 26 range:-)
It’s coming, don’t worry! And it’s a special one 😉 - J
Good design but the price seems steep. Can get a barely used Nimbus C11 for $450. Or try to find used A37 for low 300s
It's WAY more money, but I'd rather have the Aquila 36 cabin.
This clearly an Axopar or nimbus wannabe. I prefer the Axopar 37 as I own one but real comparison can’t be made until a proper sea trail is conducted.
I've been on both, The Quarken is definitely the better option!

Only 20 knots in the Axopar? 😴

OBSERVATION need the back roof to extend farther back
I think there are better options for 380k

give me mercs or give me death
Very annoying quick cuts every 0.5 seconds. I have a headache.
