I love how David Tennant sways back and forth like a mesmerizing cobra while tempting Aziraphale.
They never tell you what happened to the other baby in the tv series - but you do find out in the book. The book is AWESOME. However - one of the two authors of the book has written and produced the series - so you don’t miss much. There is a second series coming out - which goes way beyond the book. There was only one book. The Demon is Crowly ( Once Crawly, the snake) and the angel is Aziraphael.
This series is based on the 1990 novel _Good Omens: The Nice and Accurate Prophecies of Agnes Nutter, Witch,_ written in collaboration by none others than the great Sir Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman, the later also being writer and producer for this adaptation; add to that the awesome casting of the two main characters, and the hilarity is assured.
I like how Crowley always walks on the side of the street when walking with Aziraphale. (This is something gentlemen used to do.) He even switches sides to stay towards the street when they reach the sidewalk.
His name is David Tennant and he has won acting awards up and down the spectrum. He is amazing.

I already knew David Tennant from Doctor Who, but this was the show that made me love Michael Sheen (and then I realized I had already seen several of his movies but I hadn’t recognized him lol). I absolutely love Aziraphale, and Michael Sheen is so perfect for the role. And of course, Michael and David have great chemistry (which is why I then watched their show “Staged”). I love this show so much. I can’t wait for season 2.
Michael sheen voices the character House on the dr who episode “the doctors wife”. That’s 11 tho, not 10.

Isn’t it glorious? I’ve watched this so many times and it’s so good every time. It never gets old. I love it.
Neil Gaiman, the co-writer of this book, has also written the books or comics of: Lucifer, American Gods, Stardust, 2 episodes of Dr. Who and Sandman, an upcoming streaming show.
The undervalued Mike Carey wrote the amazing Lucifer comic (Gaiman did create that version as a minor character in Sandman though).
