It might be a million, at some point but he has said it's on a loan, so as a financial decision, it makes sense. It's really a bummer. That's definitely one of my favorites on his collection

Yeah I’m honestly getting really bored of stradmans content. You would think for someone who only posts one video a week it would be more entertaining, but it’s very dry. Especially with how repetitive it is.
@@andrewfessler7203I agree man. Been watching DDE and stradman since 2015. I feel the same way about their content just being recycled garbage at this point. Granted, DDE is much worse than stradman, he is heading in the same direction as them. Hopefully he shakes it up
I get why people want him to wait to sell the countach, but the reasoning for him selling it right now is very solid and very logical. Getting the house completely done without pulling out another mortgage is way more important than keeping any car that'd he'd be able to buy again some day down the road if he really wanted it again.
Yes, it'll be way more money down the road, but he'd also have way more money to buy one again after he gets his house done and strad pizza up and running. Especially if strad pizza is a success, he'll be able to buy any car he sells back if he really wanted to.
These are very tough decisions that we know he didn't make over night, so trust his process and we all know he'll have another countach again someday if he really wants one again.

Strad could GREATLY enhance his cashflow by simply increasing the frequency of his videos. With so many cars, he easily can make more content and release more videos per week/month.

I’m seeing people saying that if James just uploads more he could keep the cashflow flowing. I just want to say as someone who watches every video this man is doing everything. He is a one man operation: Video ideas, 812 build, House maintenance, Filming videos, Editing videos, thumbnails, Snapchat stories.

He could have a team if he really wanted. Marques Brownlee said the number one best thing he did was hire a team to push all the tedious stuff onto so he can focus on creativity and making videos which allowed him to make many more video

James if you have the time, go to Lowe's and buy a few gallons of "Round Up Kills weeds not the Lawn". It worked really well in my yard but you have to keep the dandelions from being blown around your yard because those are seeds for weeds. If you see a dandelion you have to pluck it immediately and make sure it doesn't get blown. Then when the weeds are dead, you can uproot them (use gardening gloves & a mini plant shovel. Also wear long pants and boots as well a straw hat with 360 coverage) then buy one of those drivable lawn mowers and cut the rest if grass in the back. It's what I would do.

When doing steps remember traction is your best friend. Avoid marble, natural stone, smooth surfaces, even though it looks great. Not worth it in the end. I think your best bet is a thin brick but keep it raw. Or wood that matches interior woods.
Some natural-finished hickory or white oak would look sick.

Please give us longer vlogs. It's hard to only get so much of one of the coolest guys on this platform. If we got 4 videos between both channels we would be thrilled. I agreed with your idea about a home channel too. Something I was thinking when he mentioned all of these home projects. He could have Sofia run it perhaps. They show off new home ideas with a tech side as they learn stuff. At least the home channel could help make money for the house. Call it Stradhome. But they may need to sort out the marriage thing first. 🙂

Everything comes to an end at some point. You got to check off a childhood dream box owning the vintage collection of Lamborghinis. But like you said priorities change and a house your size is not a small project. Happy to watch any video that you post and decisions you make.

As a corporate pilot myself I’d love to know what ever happened to the flight training thing. If he simply wants to keep the flying off of TH-cam I understand but at least say you did of didn’t finish your training. Either way I think it’s cool that you at least showed interest in flying for like 2 videos. I’m guessing the true cost of flight training combined with the time and effort involved as well as the cost of potential airplane ownership took way too much away from the cars and house builds so it had to take a back seat. Obviously just my speculation.

Its not. That money is sitting there and he is stressed and unable to create content or even personally enjoy those cars. If i was him i would get a dealer license probably would save 100s of thousands on registration insurance and taxes.
Agreed though the worst financial decision was building an overpriced niche house that makes way less TH-cam money than the cars the channel is known for.
@@matts6282 That house is unsellable. Have one like that in my neighborhood and it will either never sell or sell for pennies on the dollar. It would have made more sense to build a normal house and have a barn on the side for cars or buy a hangar like Hoovie's dad and keep the cars in there. My father had a friend that had a huge house on a lake and he had a ton of collectible cars and he bought the land across the street and built a big barn and kept them in there.

indepedent pizza places out number chains in las vegas 2 to 1. I don't want to be that guy but making new york style pizza's alone won't be the difference maker. You'll have to go above and beyond with other things if you want that restaurant to be successful. That's also hard to go above and beyond when you're in THE entertainment city. The restaurant business is extremely hard and time and labor intensive. I hope you've done the research and spoke with the experts to determine if it's the best idea. You also live in salt lake so that's around 420 miles (5 hours and 33 minutes) from Las vegas. So it'll also be difficult to have show the place in videos (free advertising and the idea that if viewers visit they have a chance to see you). Best of luck with the restaurant though!

The Lamborghini collector in me (in Forza Horizon 5, I own at least 2 of each lamborghini in game) doesn't want you to sell them, but that is the best decision for the channel. Can't wait to see updates!
