Every time I see snake saluting at the grave crying, I lose my shit and cry too. I'm not an emotional person for movies/games, but the ending of MGS 1 & 3 get me every time.

OMG I LOVE THIS!!! Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is my FAVORITE videogame of ALL TIME. You may have inspired me to maybe do something like this for Metal Gear Solid: Portable ops in my opinion is one of the most underrated games I've ever played and even fans of series don't seem to respect and acknowledge just how important it is in the development of Big Boss as a character.
I only played MGS 5 because you know hideo is beefing with Konami. So I bought a PS3 and played MGS4 and I wanted to watch a 3 recap cause ocelot is hard as fuck. Thank you, I kinda get what’s going on

thank you! There is a lot of speculation about the microfilm from fans but the consensus seems to be that Eva, The Boss and ocelot had fake microfilms to replace with the real one and that Eva ended up with a fake and The Boss handed Naked Snake the real one which he gives to the CIA.

Possibly the greatest game in the series… mgs on ps1 it’s only challenger imho with that said still loved the craziness of pt2 with the the best cqc being in guns of the patriots.

The revolver Ocelot tried to shoot at Snake didn't jam, it just wasn't a functioning revolver because it was a revolver for show casing not firing.
