This might come too late, but at 25:27, once you get the second assault rifle, you will not take any damage from every enemy's first shot because you are moving sideways. Do this until the end where you secure the Diet room. This is the trick to clear the hardest segment of the game.
Yes! Lethal Enforcers 3 should be ported to the PS3 as an HD port, since it should be ported to the PS2 and Wii, graphics-wise, and the fact that LE3 was originally made in 1024x768 resolution, just like Taito's Haunted Museum games, which are also made in 1024x768.
This game had an interesting concept behind it, but the way the camera kept moving and bopping around was always a bit annoying for me. At the time of this game's release (early 2000's) arcades had lost their charm & popularity due to the abundance of home consoles. Still a very cool trip down memory lane though - thanks for uploading!
Judging by the characteristics of the games Konami has made so far... I think it's possible if it give a certain amount of damage to the tank. However, I haven't actually tested it for that purpose.

사실...이거 리설 엔포서즈 시리즈라기보다는 경찰관 + 월드 컴뱃 시스템을 같이 합친거라 봐야 할거예요.해외에서도 저 이름 때문에 많이 까이고는 있습니다만, 아무튼 게임이 코나미답지 않게 쉽고 재미있어서 1코인 영상을 금방 찍을 수 있었습니다. 사일런트 스코프 2는 지금은 사라지고 없는 강남역 주공공이 오락실에서 딱 한번 2인 링크 기체로 본 적이 있습니다.1기 싱글 가동은 아마 서울랜드 내 오락실에 있는 것으로 알고 있어요.
ㅇㅇ 역시나 왜 이거에 리설엔포서스를 붙여야 했냐라는게 리얼 수수께끼였.. 확실히 논스톱죽어도좋아+이니디스런 진행경쟁요소를 통해 경찰관의 지리한 게임 템포를 개선해볼려고 한거랑 방탄유리 도입으로 시야를 가리는 방패로 말이 많았던 월드컴뱃의 문제를 어느정도 해결하려 한걸 보면 장족의 발전이 느껴지더라고요. 마치 컨피던셜 미션에서 민간인 수 대박으로 많았던거로 원성사서 버캅3이랑 고스트스쿼드를 통해 미스샷오브젝트 관련 개선 들어간거 급이었습니다.
니코동에서는 '이지스의 방패'라는 별명이 붙어 있습니다. 총알은 기본, 폭탄에 대포까지 문제없이 막는 최강의 방패...^^; 덕분에 3대 다 쓰러져서 죽는거보다 시간부족으로 죽는걸 더 걱정해야 하는 게임이 되어 있고요...저도 그래서 다른 스테이지의 보스전을 가능한 최속으로 돌파해서 시간을 계속 누적시켰기 때문에 마지막 전차와의 승부만 아주 느긋하게 할 수 있었습니다. 그리고...해외판인 Lethal Enforcers 3라든가 일본판인 정의의 히어로(セイギノヒーロー) 모두 마지막 스테이지의 타이틀명을 그대로 게임 제목으로 붙여 놓은 것입니다. 이것 이외에 다른 이유는 없는 것 같습니다만, 저 역시 뜬금없이 리설 엔포서즈는 왜 달아놨는지 잘 모르겠어요~~~~
좀 더 덧붙여서...나리타공항 이벤트는 아직도 끝나지 않은 현재진행형 사건인데, 저걸 게임화시키는 패기를 보여주고 있고 코나미 최대의 라이벌(?)인 세가의 오락실을 정말 깨알같이 잘 묘사해 주고 있습니다. 한번 심심해서 현재의 아키바 거리하고 비교하면서 구글지도로 1스테이지 루트를 따라가 봤는데...진짜 잘 묘사했습니다. ^^;
In fact, Lethal Enforcers 3 didn't actually go emulated on Mame, since this game ran on the Konami PC Based Arcade hardware, so it's basically a embedded Windows XP, and Mame can't run the PC Based Arcade hardware games properly, as they were not powerful enough to run them.
Silent Hill The Arcade and GTI Club Supermini Festa, both games ran on the same hardware as this got emulated through Teknoparrot without any problems with graphics and security stuff.

I love the cops in the city story. Because it has the music from Police 911 also! And three of those games were developed by Konami.

Judging by the characteristics of the games Konami has made so far... I think it's possible if it give a certain amount of damage to the tank. However, I haven't actually tested it for that purpose.
