I recommend you listen to this video multiple times. It's said that people need to hear the same word around seven times before committing it to memory. Say the words out loud and check your tones against the recording. You can also try recording yourself on your cell phone so you can hear what you actually sound like. Also try to learn the measure words (sometimes multiple are possible).
