    Don't worry if you don't get everything at first. You should watch each video multiple times until you can follow along without the English subtitles and write down any words you are struggling with. Over time, you'll piece everything together the same way you did with your native language. My goal is to build a complete Cantonese immersion course that will get you to the conversational level. So stay tuned for the next video!

    I'm learning Cantonese because my boyfriend's family speaks it and as a complete newbie I REALLY love your videos. I feel like I'm slowly picking up words and I love that it's in a beginner friendly story format so I'm not just listening to phrases and vocab all the time. I can actually hear how it's used in a sentence and in context that's not too complex for me!

    This is amazing Brittany, really enjoying the work you’re putting into your videos and I’m amazed at how easily I can understand with limited Cantonese. Really wish I had something like this when I started learning mandarin. The 漢字 are a great add on too

    Thanks for your videos! It's great to get some beginners content that works as a kind of listening comprehension and I love that you put the characters in as well so you can put together the sound the jyutping and the character! great content, keep it up :)

    This is fantastic. Really appreciate the effort you went to, especially the imagery. I have a theory that memorable images help in recalling vocab!

    Hi Brittany, this is the best Cantonese teaching series I've found online. Two thumbs up! A quick question: how do you type the Cantonese characters on your PC and your phone? I mean, which input method/keyboard to add and use? Thanks.

    What is "zung4" if you don't mind me asking? It appears in several places, e.g. 3:03. CC-Canto dictionary does not give any results. Maybe you meant "zung6"?

    • @cantobritt
      @cantobritt  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Good catch. This character has several pronunciations, and my jyutping converter gave me "cung4." I corrected the initial (zung) during editing but not the tone. I’ll issue
      a correction in the pinned vocab comment.
