Glad you liked it. The real recipe called for more sugar and tasted too sweet. So I had cut the sugar back. All my customers at my yard sale loved this peanut butter fudge. I had been selling it for at least 10 years at the yard sales. Currently living on a farm, I have no desire to have a yard sale.
@judichristopher4604 Starting on December 13th-24th, I will have 12 days of cooking and baking. All these recipes are of dessert. Yes, I have at 2 more recipes of fudge during those dates. The videos will go out at 3:00pm est. I will announce this starting in the fall. I have said it a couple of times during some of my videos. The fudge recipes I'm sharing during these dates have been a hit at my yard sales. Hope you enjoy the videos.
In you description box.... It says 1/2 Unsalted butter... ? But in the Video you said 1 Stick of Butter... just thought you might want to look at your recipe in the description box again.
@judichristopher4604 I corrected it. Thank you for pointing it out. The recipe in the description should say 1/2 cup of unsalted butter. Which is 1 stick of butter. So what I said in the video was correct. The word cup was missing from the description.
If there’s one thing I can say is please, please get rid of that metal spoon you’re using. The noise of the Scraping the pan is driving me insane and I am sure I am not the only one. Please nice lady, you have modern equipment in your kitchen so please buy a silicone spatula. But, I would also like to thank you for the simplicity of your recipe which I shall be using as like you, I love ANYTHING peanuty. Maria from England
Some recipes require a good metal spoon. In all honesty, fudge personally does better with a metal spoon as a silicone one won't be as strong to get through the fudge. But I will try to take into consideration the metal noise.
Yes! Yes yes yes and yes. It's been one minute and you are my friend
EXCELLENT VIDEO...

@judichristopher4604 Thank you. My family loves this fudge as well.
It looks delicious, not gonna lie 😊❤
I made it! Just half batch in a 9x5 for my dear and myself and it's FABULOUS!! I used salted butter :D
