This was made totally different to the other three baked Brie that I watched. I wondered about having the fold on the bottom because those others did leak. I also like the marmalade in the middle, not just sitting on the outside of the cheese.
I had this last night at a party. Everyone loved it . I came on youtube to find out how to make it, she served it with a nice crisp bread. If you like cheese you'll love this. I see a lot of variations for it.
I have noticed that some cooks/chefs on TH-cam keep referring to the food (in this case the brie) as "the product." It sounds so clinical and unappetizing....like something that's been manufactured in a plant.
It's because they're trained to be producing something professionally. They're taught and teach under the assumption that someone will be paying for it and want to treat it with that respect.
The wedding band is the only ring you can wear, of course it's got to be plain, no diamonds or little pieces that can be dropped in the food. Restaurants association approve it.

Além de errar o nome do queijo, a pessoa não mostra o resultado final, ou seja, como ficou o queijo por dentro...saudações do Brasil
It clearly states on the cover that it is Brie

Rind? You're supposed to keep it on
fantasticpancake I think he actually meant ring, as in the ring on his finger.
