Super Rezept, aber mir war es zuviel Zimt. Ich habe Zimt mit Zucker gemischt und dann dünner raufgestreut.

Ciao sono italiana mi chiamo Noemi, mi piace la tua ricetta, ti vedo da poco ora mi sono iscritta per copiare anche altre ricette che so fai benissimo, sei brava.
Con questo rotolo mi hai conquistata di più, mi permetto di dare una mia idea, la cannella invece di metterla sopra schietta, è anti estetica quella macchia scura sulle girelle, se ne metti un bel cucchiaino da caffè colmo, in due cucchiai da tavola colmi di zucchero e mischi il tutto in una ciotola, poi lo spargi sia sulla sfoglia che sopra le mele prima di arrotolare la pasta.
Le tue girelle di sfoglia e mele saranno molto aromatizzate, con quel gusto delicato e certamente più presentabili, se vuoi la prossima volta prova io le farò cosi.
Grazie della bella ricetta spero di trovarme altre ma non ho dubbi, mi piaci davvero come pasticcera casalinga.
