Great videos as usual guys! I've had Long COVID nearly 4 years. In that time, among the typical, more common symptoms, it attacked my musculoskeletal system. My left leg was the worst, leaving me with a trashed knee, multiple sprains in the ankle, COVID toes, neuropathy, and a partially ruptured Achilles. After my knee replacement in May, my orthopedic surgeon was hoping issues in my lower leg and foot might restore on their own. PT has provided some return of stability and strength, but I'm still very limited on stairs and walking for anything over a few minutes. I'll be searching your videos for something that might help! God bless you all!
This video was confusing. You recommended icing and massaging and then say 'And #4 do this'. What were numbers 1-3? You guys should redo this video. It was bouncing all over the place.
My story. I starting having Lowe back pain on the right side a fees ago. There was a clear hard knot. Then I ended up with Plantar fasciitis. After drugs, and physical therapy I tried one of those stretching places. Long story short my problem was my whole right side going down my leg was too tight. After some stretching mostly in my hamstrings it all went away. I suspect it comes because I sleep on my side with my right leg bent.
Sir, I used to run daily, due to doing too much exercise my Spain's lumbal 5 I have slipped from my place, how will I get better, please tell me something sir
Haglands Deformity I am staring down surgery..... have tried all methods of stretching and what have you. 6 weeks already in a fracture boot. Is this my best option?
