Could never have figured this out absent this great video. First time, took a very strong effort to pull out that slide stop pin/lever. But it did finally emerge. Thanks - good job on the video.
so the washer piece at the bottom of the spring is not attached on mine so I cannot put the recoil spring back in. First time break down on my sig 210. suggestions?

The manual states move the slide 5mm (almost 1/4") to the rear and remove the slide catch lever from the right to left.

Funny how your spring and guide rod just popped right out. Mine popped alright and was extremely difficult to put back in
