    You don’t want to use the EABS as it tends to blow the FET’s in the controller. It only really meant for 250w motors anything higher then to create to much heat and blows controller.

      That make no sense those FETs put out more power to the motor than the motor could generate.
      Maybe I'm missing something like calling it e-abs vs regenerative braking.
      Or grounding a wire to test it for brake action.

    Where does the kickstand switch sensor connect to the controller? My kickstand sensor has 3 wires but I can’t find where to connect on the controller.

    I have a HAOQI 750w motor 48v battery will it harm the e-bike if I take the speed sensor of the white wire?

    Are you trying to activate regenerative braking?
    I'm not positive but pretty sure the brake is analogous to the throttle.
    The brake high is 12 volt ttl and brake low is 5 volt ttl.
    Braking is controlled by applying a 0-5 volt signal to the brake low.
    The closer to 5 volts the harder the brake is applied.
    Grounding it just reaffirms zero brake.

      Have any videos? Your regenerative braking explanation is all ive ever seen about the feature . And its about how I imagined it would work. I have an older 2016 controller and i cannot get it to turn a motor. MM testing finds no shorts, nothing looks damaged on the pcb. sensors and their voltages are good. Throttle checks out. The cheesy tester i just bought shows what I already knew hen i test the controller. I think something is inhibiting but cant figure out what. Ive been able to figure out what most lines do and their voltages but with two i have no clue. Any thoughts? These things need a modicum of documentation ya know, for safety sake, good grief. It should be required to exist be able to import these things. The Utubers with the Immaculate workshops , tools and newest (probably free) merchandise don't really know how this stuff works. I learned more from the Malaysian speaking guy and his jig board. End rant, apologies .

    the pedal system does not require hall sensors, then what to do with the wires for powering the hall system ..!?

    • @robertmotion
      @robertmotion ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hall sensors work in harmony with the 3-phase motor wires (r,y,g). Hall sensors consists of 4-5 colored smaller wires. Sometimes all the wires (motor + hall sensors) are bundled in one. More often, they are separate but they are really easy to tell apart …motor wires are the thick r,y,b wires. hope this helps.

    What's meter line cable some says it's for lcd but what lcd uses one cable

    • @ghz24
      @ghz24 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Bafang wheel hubs have 9 pins. 3 power, 3 sensor, +5volt and ground for the sensors makes 8.
      The nineth wire (white) goes to the "lcd" likely for a speedometer.

      it should be two wires joined together on the controller. just do a small test. pull them apart. do a run see if the limiter is removed.

    I have 750 watt 48 volt motor and controller and I can’t find no pics that say what does what all I find is videos that say same colors get connected but here’s the kicker I got two yellow and black one orange and yellow. a red white and black. brown black gray. And I think yellow and blacks for brakes I got pics of my wires next to the controller all out and taped down to show people it I got a video from the company but the guy who taped it taken apart and put back don’t let us see what the other dude is doing this is stupid how complicated people on TH-cam and company’s can’t explain what the other colors mean and every video is not my controller at all
