I got one of those controllers but it says 1500W ( chinese numbers , so who knows ) I run high voltage though these 100V and average peak current is 25 for these $20 units. Can't get it to draw more so I use higher voltages. Never gets hot even when riding at 35C weather.

They copy and counterfeit everything. Any production job I’ve ever had the Chinese made exact knock off copy’s of our products and charged a quarter of the cost for junk. They don’t care to get “sued” it won’t stick. Nike goes after these people all the time

Hey, what about holding down power and mode button at te same time until "P1" shows on the color screen? From there my paticular model from Anazon shows 16 P channels. Each one is adjusting different functions of comtroller. Why does your video not mention this?

I just installed a 3000w Vevor kit and need to reduce the torque and speed. I have a 3 speed attached and it doesn’t reduce the speed half as much I need. You seem well educated on these and I was wondering if you know of something I could use to reduce speed even more. I also tried a Potentiometer and that didn’t do much either.

I just ordered an S866 and your video just saved me, not to many video are clear about the wiring. The bike kit said it came with one but it got punked so I had to order one and right now the throttle I have has the 5 wires the asses go's on so I got to find the 3 main throttles black, green red and find where they go, I think the pedal asses go's on the black green red on the controller. I just confused myself now. I don't think it liked running off 2 amps though lol I'm just able to see the 3V in the book you have and that's all the clue I needed, Ill power on the controller with my current throttle before I put the assets on and fine my 5V(throttle) and 3V(assist).

Hello, i have different colors on phase wires. On the bike i have red, black and yellow and on the controller i have blue, green and yellow. How do i determine which to connect? Regards

PLUGGED THE WRONG DISPLAY into my bafang controller and i heard a fizz i opened it up and i see the ground wire on the board is black its fried any ideas how to repair or throw it in the trash

I always thought the RX and TX solder pads on the back of the boards that don't come with display connection were for factory programming.

I like it reminds me of my first build I had 4 20 amp batteries a 3K wheel in the back with a 1k wheel in the front 2 Throttles

Thanks for the info man i thought i eas screwed my hub motor wires got pinched it was called something in the motor to vibrate when I found your video I found it I just left the hall center unplugged reverse the phase wires and now it's running smooth thank God I don't have no speedometer or mile per hour but at least I can ride it to work now until I can get it fixed thanks again for the info you saved me

.... It will destroy lead acid batteries....... The manufacturer doesn't care they claim it does all these different battery types.... It makes the whole bottom of your bike hot Because it's just a scam.... Who knows what it will do For your battery type

I have 750 watt 48 volt motor and controller and I can’t find no pics that say what does what all I find is videos that say same colors get connected but here’s the kicker I got two yellow and black one orange and yellow. a red white and black. brown black gray. And I think yellow and blacks for brakes I got pics of my wires next to the controller all out and taped down to show people it I got a video from the company but the guy who taped it taken apart and put back don’t let us see what the other dude is doing this is stupid how complicated people on TH-cam and company’s can’t explain what the other colors mean and every video is not my controller at all

What FET was that? I was looking for Rds in the datasheet but didn't catch that. Because that's what burns them eventually. Low Rds means less heat at high current. Also the heat dissipation (the heat it can take out quickly enough to save itself) is 140W in the datasheet which is not good for a quality FET, I think these FETs have RDs over 10 milli ohms which is mid range. You better make your own with good FETs like IRF3077. Thanks for the review. I just bought it myself.

IWanted to see bottom of that one. Having trouble matching old one, has what I think is better current flow on raised bar material.You put it back in box without a look but I got a glimpse. But mine is got more circuits with the high flow looking top secret shit you cain't get information for. I don't what to call what I said. If you could point me in right direction it would be apprecated. I have a fiido T-1 cargo 20Ah 48v 750w looking for controller as good or better. Thanks

I have a 2 fiido cargo T-1 I think this controller needs a high capasity board. I ordered 1 but when I saw the board it looks lite not like factory.that has what looks like a strip of .020 extra heat sink material on board, like what your working on Can you point me to a soarce read or I.D. the specs? thanks if you can im dun with fiido
