Great interview and the Knaggs? Suits, fits, wear it, but above all plays it. Pete Thorn one of the most unassuming doesn't need an ego musician I've ever seen. These are part of the reasons why even your TH-cam videos are so damn good. My absolute favorite. Pete and John Button, hotel room in Japan straight into the Apollo...awesome. Mr. Thorn you bring it all home every time and it's just like you've been our neighbor just next door all this time. The Knaggs, oh mate don't blame you a beautifully made instrument. Great interview Jason. Pete is right in saying Ishibashi's customer service is 2nd to none. I've ordered 7 guitars from Ishibashi over the years & still have 6 of those. Jason sold me the last 2. The reason why I don't have the 7th guitar (the 3rd I ordered from Ishibashi), is that it was an old Orville By Gibson SG which arrived with a split headstock. I promptly emailed through a few pics of the damage to Ishibashi. It took time, but I eventually got a full refund from postage insurance & Ishibashi were very helpful in guiding me through the claim process. So this gave me the confidence to keep doing business with them, knowing I'm fully covered should something go wrong in transit. Raj

I also thank you for having been such a great customer to deal with. It's a two way street. Great service relies very much on the attitude of both the store staff & the customer.
