How to grind the ulundu for the adai explanation is not clear. U have to just wash the ulundu and put in mixie jar; the jar blade won't break by doing it raw without soaking.

We can grind in mixie. Just wash and keep. Grind with other ingredients

You can keep for few days in Refrigerator. Each time take required quantity only.
Maam small doubt please clarify. The batter should be farmented or no. Also for the tomato chuntney chilli should be roasted or raw.

In English it is Garden cress. It is smaller than flax seeds. Flax seed - original English name is Lin seeds. You can use anything
