Time 5:51 the (probably brass ) mail box would be stolen if it was out side and sold for scrap. Before our water meeter was put under a wire locked cage, our CCTV caught a local boy standing by the corner of our lot, suddenly down, turn the water off and cut the pipe to take the meeter and sell it for the brass. ( of course the recycle shop believes that his family didn't need it any more )
