Eto ang mga problema ng pinas kaya konti lang ang mga foreign tourists at hindi sila nagtatagal sa ating bansa:
      1. Wala tayong modernong infrastructure.
      2. Wala tayong modernong transportation
      3. Mahina or walang internet
      4. Nawawalan ng kuryente (brownout)
      5. Mahina or nawawalan or walang tubig
      6. Nakawan at kikilan sa NAIA airport
      7. Expensive accomodations
      8. Maraming mandurukot, snatchers at mga kriminal
      13. Illegal squatters, street dwellers and beggars everywhere, particularly children asking money from foreigners.
Tapos sasabihin natin "Its more fun in the Phlippines" ??? Nakakahiya ! Tourism will boost our local economy kasi foreigners spend money in our country which helps our local business to earn more. The local and national government MUST do something to solve/fix these problems.

I was not going to watch this first, actually; as I'm a gay male and I have a Facebook account as well, and I've been trying to find a Asian boyfriend for the past few years now, and in the process got a lot of replies from guys from the Philippines. I tried to be friends with as many of them as I could, and eventually, they would open up and share their heart breaking stories, whatever it may be; surface differences but the same, underlying, problems.
So it was painful to watch this anyway, to see how some people in some places, are forced to live, but then, when it dawned on me that any number of these guys who have contacted me through Facebook, could be living the very, same way themselves, I lost it altogether. It's one thing when you are looking at strangers you don't know, it's completely, different when it's people you've become friendly with, and know somewhat.

Ya know what? Folks in this country don't really know how good we have it... I used to visit Colombia to see my ex's family and the poverty in certain areas is almost indescribable... You're pretty brave to go into these places brother. When you're dealing with people that have nothing to lose, that can end up being one of the most dangerous situations you can have. That being said, it's very refreshing to know the good , friendly people seem to out number the bad... God bless

      Indonesian becomes A Philippine? None.
But there are so many Philippines came to Indonesia and become Indonesian.
I had few Philippine acquittance in Europe as nothing surprising as dumb as Americans.
The Philippines contribute nothing to Southeast Asia but only Indonesia The Leader not even our former Singapore stolen by British, but only Indonesia in G20 and so on from Southeast Asia.

Born a complete multiracial multilingual Indonesian living around the world all alone since childhood, I shared this on my social media:
"Indonesia was not, is not and will never be Islamic country, majority of the muslims are just blind followers the same stupid as your forefathers never studied intensively those stupid stone age medieval hocus pocus Judaism/Christianity/Islam of very poor Middle East since very young age, you don't even speak the language fluently not even understanding it, not a complete multiracial not multilingual never been living around the world all alone since childhood but the same never evolved dumb apes stuck inside your tiny boxes your entire life.

Our oil and gas only are much more than whole Middle East."
Stop calling real rich natural resources as third world.
Real 3rd world is that your natural resources are so poor and colonizing others for centuries long sabotaging the history, stealing, killing, attacking, etc.
Real Rich will never do way Middle East, Europe, USA, etc has been doing.
Because West and The Middle East, North Africa are the real third world.
So sorry Egypt isn't the oldest, even Egypt is very poor, very dry, far off the center of the Equator line.
Most highest humidity on Earth: Indonesia, meaning many much older artifacts has decayed much faster than just few thousands years Egypt.
And Judaism/Christianity/Islam are just the same dumb.
Even most of people know nothing about much older ancient modern civilization here in Indonesia before mega eruption of Toba supervolcano of Sumatra 75,000 years ago.

I stayed in Tondo for 1 week when I was 11. As someone who grew up on the island of Palawan, I was fascinated by how bustling the place was. I was very apprehensive of everything moving around me but was also very perceptive of the humanity that surrounded me. Just like anywhere you go, there'd be bad actors but the beauty of the human spirit shines through. People are constantly moving but if you still yourself and observe, our lives are really just versions of one another.

I'm from Cebu and I seldom go to Manila. There was once when I took a taxi cab way back 2008 going to Divisoria, and we passed by the slums of Tondo. I was alarmed when the driver suddenly stretched his right arm to lock my door side and told me the zone where we are in is dangerous. I was silent out of shock. Anyways, you do have a big heart. You are very generous on the tricycle driver when normally it just cost a dollar or less if taking the whole vehicle by yourself. I'm glad someone is posting this as I can really see and feel what is like in the center of this innercity.

People pay respect for a tourist like you, but as locals were most afraid of the places that we know it's dangerous and we avoid normally, please take care ,and must visit tourist destination and enjoy your vacation here in🇵🇭❤

Thank you for showing that places that are coined "bad or dangerous" areas do not not necessarily entail a bad experience. These are normal people just trying to get on with their lives. Based on the circumstances this is how our beautiful Filipino people live sadly. Not everyone is bad or evil just because of where they are from.

If you're not a foreigner, going in tondo full of tattoos walking around with a camera, then all the other Filipinos in tondo will become just a piece of 🗑️

It's because they are foreigners and they know they will earn more money or goods by befriending them instead of mugging them.

You got a new pinoy subsriber here. Pinoys are mostly friendly everywhere you go as long as you respect them, you are safe. Thanks for sharing the Tondo side that many will be afraid going in. Just dont hesitate to ask for help like locations, food recommendations, places to go.
