Josh you are so right about legs and your mentals. When my legs go while mountain biking my mind goes to a dark place...especially on a climb. When my legs are stronger then my climbing gets easier and my confidence increases!

Love it. Got back into CF 3m ago after taking a (way too long) break. The concept of "pay the man" hit me in the mouth. I was a big CF fan when the OGs were reigning (Froning, Khalifa, Josh), so enjoying falling in love with it again. We need some more Pay The Man XL shirts in the store, Josh!!! Watched this while i ate breakfast this morning, so i changed my afternoon workout and did a variant of this workout. Had to ride a bike because i workout at a big box gym. It was hard, but worth it. Thanks for the inspiration.
