    Getting up the rope is ok for me, but I still haven't found a way avoid rope burn on my way down :/

    Question: I've noticed you breathe the same when you warm up as you do during a workout. Do you focus on breathing this way or is it natural? I find it difficult to focus on breathing during a workout and I think it's affecting performance. Thanks! Great videos!

      The garmin smokes the apple watch. It also looks like it belongs on a mans wrist, the apple watch certainly doesn't.
      Battery lasts 2 weeks for me also.
