The camera just happened to be filming some shots at the worst possible time that undermined Angry's performance and they should have told the athletes to go off.
Angry is a friggin aussie legend he is the nicest man you could ever hope to meet.He does so much for the community and for under privileged people and the parra olympics..hes an awesome singer and one of the BEST front men in oz rock history...good on ya Angry..we who know you salute you man..rock on matey..great job..xx

I've heard this song at many Perth Glory home games and I'm not sure why the AFL fans still cringe at this performance - Angry's miles better than Meatloaf or Ellie Goulding.
I wish I was at the meeting where the AFL decided that the pregame entertainment would comprise of a leather clad garden gnome delivered into the middle of the ground in a baby blue replica of the bat mobile. It's the type of inspired decision making that's been missing from the AFL for decades.
The sheer mass of comments under this video claiming there was nothing wrong with this performance should make you wonder. I have seen and heard many good performances (also by Angry with Rose Tattoo), and never found it anybody necessary to say there was nothing wrong with them. This was just not his finest hour. Pity it had to happen in the center of a huge stadium full of people.
I think this video shows, that Angry "Gary" Anderson ist one of the best Aussie-Rocksingers. Wow, I would be glad to met him someday personally as I met Bon Scott. They are or was (RIP Bon) charismatic as most of other singers. Thanks for uploading.
