I get code 54 my Holden cruze CD 2012 diseal. car runs good but not as before a bit of increase in fuel consumption, I think

Our information shows a p0054 code as heated oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2. Heater circuit. Should be the second O2 sensor from the engine. If you unplug it you should be able to measure resistance across the two wires that are the same colour and compare to the other sensor. You will most likely find an open circuit across those heater wires. So the sensor will need to be replaced.
