I know that like a million people are going to ask for Sheldon and Amy but I gotta say my favorite couple is Howard and Bernadette because they really anchored the show for me when the series began to outlast the initial premise and they are very much the “Monica and Chandler” of TBBT.
Howard has the best character arc but Howard - Bernadette is the worst couple on the show. Monica - Chandler my ass. Chandler didn't marry a control freak sociopath.

Well, what can I say? I LOVE "The Big Bang Theory" so much! It is one of the many great TV shows of all time! It brings me so many thrilling moments of humor and joy that "TBBT" has brought over the years! Bravo!
I think Lenny is a warmer character than Sheldon. He's more sown to earth, whereas Sheldon is too arrogant and just interested in proving that he's "right" about everything, and does not show tender emotions very much. Leonard would make a better boyfriend for these reasons.

The do kiss in the second wedding. Leonard kisses Penny about halfway through the ceremony. My guess would be that they didn't want them kissing at the traditional time because of Bernadette's line and Sheldon being part of it.
