@@talharehman1148 if it's a sharp corner/turn, then lower down your gear to 2 or 1, decrease speed accordingly, keep the clutch held on, then turn, accelerate on 1st or 2nd gear till you've the chance to gear up.

Keep your speed at 40kmph before shifting to the 4th gear and at 50-60kmph before shifting to 5th gear.... and and there is no disadvantage of releasing the clutch slowly at high speed.. even it is healthy for the clutch plate if we release the clutch slowly while shifting to any gear.....
But remember one thing, that is never give acceleration before releasing the clutch while you are on high speed(this is useless). Slowly release the clutch first and accelerate slowly as you are already at a speed between 40-60kmph...
