It’s good to find that the acrylics work over the ink

Yes, as long as the first layer is dry you can usually mix media.

    Useful tour of discovery.
The works look to be the basis for different directions with more overprinting with masks or the addition of collage.
Use of block printing inks helps clear my mind on their qualities and how they work on gelli.
    Many thanks.

This is just so interesting, Clare !
I have learned a lot, as never considered the actual printing ink !
Am fairly new but enjoying the process, and have been quite happy with some of my prints and of course frustrated and disappointed with other…but that it is all,par for the course and to be expected.
There is so much to learn and I have to keep reminding myself not to be impatient 😂
I am thinking that the printing ink will be ideal for using on the clear stamps .

Yes, that all sounds natural. The prints are not always successful, but I always enjoy the process. Yes, clear stamps are fun to use with printing ink as well.
