Where Mothra, Rodan and many more that both Legendary and Toho has came up with pick from the titles and its monsters that never made a film and was tossed like the Gidrah that had 6 heads in one and 8 in another but also fight Gigan Rex and his army of Gigans with the original from the series that was in Godzilla 84 the return from that series but the epic part that brings in Gamera be that his foes made it to Earth and Gamera helps out to defeat these aliens. Gidrahs, Gigans, and Gameras foes Earth depends now on the Titans now being the Guardians to save Earth and all Humanity. This movie would be Epic and a must see due to the fact the 3 Franchises plus Mothras combined to make an Epic film and must see. The CG and computer graphics from this be out of this world.
I thought it was a nice touch how they seemed to come to an understanding. Instead of having one win and one die, it was cool that after Gamera proved his worth, he kind of convinced Godzilla through respect to stop and go back. Reminds me of the old showa days when Mothra got Godzilla to change his mind by showing her bravery against King Ghidorah. I feel like if this story continued, the next time they meet, it'd be as allies against a new foe.

I agree, it's a draw. Growing up with Godzilla was awesome, but even though he is undefeatable. He is basically a hero and misunderstood by people every time. Gamera is also undefeated too in her own ways. But each of them were created by different ways that gave them powers of immortality. Godzilla wasn't always Godzilla, he used to be a dinosaur called "Godzillasaur" or something like that. Then people tried to kill him by a ATOMIC BOMB which killed and evolved him into the GODZILLA we know now. Gamera is a turtle which I am still learning about. But so far what I know about her is that she was a child's pet and somehow evolved into a flying, powerful, sacrificing, and superhero turtle that gathers energy to use as last resort to kill unbeatable enemies. But putting Godzilla and Gamera in battle against each other is better off in draw than fighting over and over again. Like in the 1st Avengers movie when Thor fought Iron man until Captain America came to end it. Thor hammered hard to crush Iron man but Captain America blocked it with his shield. That big blast was 2 unbreakable weapons that collide to each other. That is Godzilla and Gamera, 2 undefeatable monster's that have immortal powers. If no draw, they would end existence and nobody would live another day including them.

There a movie where he saves some kids from aliens that I haven't seen but was talked about in the video about Gamera and I don't remember if it was the same movie or maybe in another one that I haven't seen either where he's underwater and the explosion was massive and if it was underwater then the explosion from self-destructing might have leveled the whole city and maybe that's why he didn't use it or who ever did this video didn't know he could do that either.
Gameras underbelly is his weakness. Godzilla is almost indestructible. I like Gamera, but my money would be on Gamera. Especially since Gameras main power beams are based on flames. Godzilla has carried molten lava in his insides and lasted a long time until he melted. So fire I don't think would kill Godzilla in a battle with Gamera. But Gamera would be an awesome ally for Godzilla or vice verse!
Godzilla would win if it was a really battle.... In comparison Gamera's attacks wouldn't even face Godzilla. Godzilla has the weight advantage and the power advantage it would truly be no contest.
Godzilla 1989 was by far my favorite Godzilla design by far. Even his roar was awesome. I like the more animalistic side of him. And Gamera 1999 was also my favorite design for him. It's more interesting when the monsters are more driven by instinct than goofy humour. I want to feel a form of intimidation or fear of the monster. That's what makes them so awesome! When I first seen Godzilla Returns: 1984 I was actually scared of him. The music definitely helped that fear due to the creepy tone but I loved it because it scared me. I was 5 when I first seen it and ever since then I always wanted to see a Godzilla with the instincts of a true monster. I grew up watching everything in the showa series so a more feared Godzilla wasn't very common after Godzilla raids again. Those where my favorite of all. King of the monsters, Godzilla Raids again and everything from '84 to '95
I watched these two monsters as a kid in the late 70's into the early 80's.but never would of thought that Gamera would challenge Godzilla to a fight.im 51yrs old in 2021.But the fight between the two would be awesome if they where really was battling for real in this movie.
They have never met because they belong to 2 rival studios, that really hate each other, maybe when the two owners either die or get desperate for money the studios might do a crossover event.

I will say that this is well put together for a fan film. Much better than your typical mix up. Honestly if someone didn't know all that much about Godzilla or Gamera they would think this was a actual G VS. G movie. Well that is if they don't notice the changes in the monsters designs. Naturally most people in the comments and those who have viewed it are probably pretty big Godzilla or Gamera fans. Or like me and are fans of both. Naturally we would notice all the changes and have probably seen all the movies ever made about both monsters plus many others in this category.
Kinda reminds me how Batman and Superman hated each other at first, But after fighting each other and what not, they both earned each others trust. If Godzilla ever did fight Gamera im sure the result would be the same. I just feel a great swell of pity for the poor soul who tries to fight both of these Rulers of Earth. Because in the end they would be just ash and dust.
Godzilla didn't lose that fight. This would be considered one of the few draws Godzilla has had. For storytelling purposes and the roles of both characters, Gamera pretty much has to win (even though he has no chance to actually do it). With Godzilla leaving after Gamera dumped everything he had at him, and (you'll note) not even knocking him down, the only way it could have ended was either Godzilla killing Gamera or Godzilla leaving. Leaving preserves the storyline. You did a great job in editing the scenes, maintaining sound levels and the soundtrack. Very good job. Well done.

I agree with you @Roelandstorme. There's no way Gamera could beat Godzilla. Gamera is tough, but Godzilla isn't called the King of Monsters for no reason. It was a draw. Remember Godzilla only attacks those who are a threat to the earth. Gamera to its a defender of earth. That's how he was able to draw power (Mana) from the earth. Godzilla is Akzo powered by the earth. Gamera proved himself to Big G. So, Godzilla left him alone. I would love to see this made into an actual theater presentation!
Being a life long fan if both I thought this dream fight clipped together was pretty cool. The last series of gamera movies where pretty cool highlighting gameras new powers i liked them thought this was a ok ending I know fans in both sides would not accept either loosing however if one had gamera in my opinion sadly would have to since without godzilla there would have been no gamera

I believe Godgilla outclasses Gamera but for reasons relatinng to the script and to Gamera's people-protecting role Grodgilla is made to retreat but overall you get the impression that it is a tie by enemies respecting each other; in their Death Battle where all their attributes are considered, Godgilla emerges a clean winner.
I think they just found a mutual respect for each other. Godzilla can sense evil and I'm sure they knew they didn't have any intention on destroying each other once they seen they couldn't.
gamera has the heart the size of a kaiju and that has seen him through battles with much more powerful enemies than himself. I still maintain the even godzilla would have a hard time dealing with iris. but godzilla is simply far more powerful and has emerged victorious from greater odds that gamera has faced. the only way both sets of fans would be satisfied is if both of them teamed up against a greater enemy, which is plausible as gamera will do anything to protect the earth, including level a city. while godzilla can and has worked with adversaries in the past to defeat a common enemy. remember he has never beaten king ghidorah in a one on one fight. he has needed help from rodan, mothra and even humans themselves to beat him. he can work with others if he really has to
It proves in the new Godzilla movie. Godzilla's new 350 feet tall out classes two big monsters. The MUTO and Mothra. The weight class and abilities out-class gamera by far.
Why would Godzilla have trouble with Iris? Iris only has two things going for it. It's fast which Godzilla has killed enemies faster than him and it steals the power of it's enemy which Godzilla has faced before.
I'm not saying godzilla would lose, if his opponent isn't into a straight up fight he tends to struggle early on until he knows the enemy's weaknesses, after that then godzilla only needs one opening. that's what I was getting at

This is actually really well done. If only the resolution was better. It's really hard to see whats going on at times. Do you realize that the rights to Gamera are in legal limbo right now? Legendary could walk in and grab the rights to Gamera for a song and dance probably. That would be the only thing to top a Godzilla / Kong battle.

We all know Godzilla would have won this fight easily. He's not the King of the Monsters for nothing. The way this battle ended, it may have seemed like Godzilla "bitched out" to some people, but you guys and gals have to remember: it took an alien monster to almost bring Godzilla to his knees without physically touching him. Almost. This was a show of respect for a worthy opponent who could fight on equal ground with the King. This was Godzilla's acknowledgment of (which is rare) a true rival, which so far is only King Ghidorah.

I'm glad that never fought because I like both monsters a lot but I like godzilla a lot more. It's good to see a movie that was crossover created from different movies and it was done very well. I'm glad that godzilla walked away and not fight with gamera as I have 2 tortoises myself that are around 16 inches long and 10 lbs.
The ending was from Godzilla v. Destoroyah, after Big G melted & the smoke cleared, his son has evolved fully from the Radiation & became the next Godzilla. This was all parts from their films cleverly edited together. Still made me wonder who would win if Gamera became super atomic like here vs. Godzilla's amped up wave of destruction like in KOTM. Wish they'd get together already!

I always heard the reason we could never SEE this was becuz the two Beasties were from different Japanese studios, but u'd think for the mighty profit margin they would've found a way to co-produce this epic meeting after all these YEARS?!
my next sprite fight, well I don't wanna spoil the surprise(ok its not really a surprise since the people on spritas already know what it is but its still somewhat a surprise for the users of youtube) anyways lets just say it involves 2 overpowered swordsmen, although my laptops been having issues lately so I'm not sure if I can finnish it(another reason why I'm not saying who it is since the hype will be a huge let down if it gets canceled because of some BS) in any case this isn't the place to discuss my next video. it feels weird talking about it in a completely unrelated.
Even if Godzilla did die by that last attack, as long his heart remains intake he can still fully regenerate his whole body and be back for a second round or a third and so on.
Reminds me of Death Battle's Godzilla VS Gamera, attacking the city and exchanging attacks, only they went on their merry way in the end instead of having one kill another.
If we don't update Gamera, we won't be able to defeat Godzilla. I think if a diamond cutter comes out from the edge of the shell and hits Godzilla while spinning, it would be an even fight. I look forward to seeing this come true.
Fun fact there was going to be a gvg but was scrapped for gvmg 2002 also in gvmg 2002 a new monster was supposed to be there just to be the die shot so they replaced it with kamoebas

Godzilla 1989 was by far my favorite Godzilla design by far. Even his roar was awesome. I like the more animalistic side of him. And Gamera 1999 was also my favorite design for him. It's more interesting when the monsters are more driven by instinct than goofy humour. I want to feel a form of intimidation or fear of the monster. That's what makes them so awesome! When I first seen Godzilla Returns: 1984 I was actually scared of him. The music definitely helped that fear due to the creepy tone but I loved it because it scared me. I was 5 when I first seen it and ever since then I always wanted to see a Godzilla with the instincts of a true monster. I grew up watching everything in the showa series so a more feared Godzilla wasn't very common after Godzilla raids again. Those where my favorite of all. King of the monsters, Godzilla Raids again and everything from '84 to '95
I watched these two monsters as a kid in the late 70's into the early 80's.but never would of thought that Gamera would challenge Godzilla to a fight.im 51yrs old in 2021.But the fight between the two would be awesome if they where really was battling for real in this movie.
They have never met because they belong to 2 rival studios, that really hate each other, maybe when the two owners either die or get desperate for money the studios might do a crossover event.

I will say that this is well put together for a fan film. Much better than your typical mix up. Honestly if someone didn't know all that much about Godzilla or Gamera they would think this was a actual G VS. G movie. Well that is if they don't notice the changes in the monsters designs. Naturally most people in the comments and those who have viewed it are probably pretty big Godzilla or Gamera fans. Or like me and are fans of both. Naturally we would notice all the changes and have probably seen all the movies ever made about both monsters plus many others in this category.

ハリウッド版はともかく日本版は耐えられないんじゃないでしょうか？

Kinda reminds me how Batman and Superman hated each other at first, But after fighting each other and what not, they both earned each others trust. If Godzilla ever did fight Gamera im sure the result would be the same. I just feel a great swell of pity for the poor soul who tries to fight both of these Rulers of Earth. Because in the end they would be just ash and dust.
Fried to a crisp, Godzilla retreats with an.... "I'll catch you later ...."
Godzilla didn't lose that fight. This would be considered one of the few draws Godzilla has had. For storytelling purposes and the roles of both characters, Gamera pretty much has to win (even though he has no chance to actually do it). With Godzilla leaving after Gamera dumped everything he had at him, and (you'll note) not even knocking him down, the only way it could have ended was either Godzilla killing Gamera or Godzilla leaving. Leaving preserves the storyline.
You did a great job in editing the scenes, maintaining sound levels and the soundtrack. Very good job.

I agree with you @Roelandstorme. There's no way Gamera could beat Godzilla. Gamera is tough, but Godzilla isn't called the King of Monsters for no reason. It was a draw. Remember Godzilla only attacks those who are a threat to the earth. Gamera to its a defender of earth. That's how he was able to draw power (Mana) from the earth. Godzilla is Akzo powered by the earth. Gamera proved himself to Big G. So, Godzilla left him alone.
I would love to see this made into an actual theater presentation!

Being a life long fan if both I thought this dream fight clipped together was pretty cool. The last series of gamera movies where pretty cool highlighting gameras new powers i liked them thought this was a ok ending I know fans in both sides would not accept either loosing however if one had gamera in my opinion sadly would have to since without godzilla there would have been no gamera

This makes my hair stand on end every time I watch it. God I wish they would actually do a movie off of this.
I believe Godgilla outclasses Gamera but for reasons relatinng to the script and to Gamera's people-protecting role Grodgilla is made to retreat but overall you get the impression that it is a tie by enemies respecting each other; in their Death Battle where all their attributes are considered, Godgilla emerges a clean winner.

it's a nice touch that shows that both monsters will respect each other as equals since both are almost the same.
I think they just found a mutual respect for each other. Godzilla can sense evil and I'm sure they knew they didn't have any intention on destroying each other once they seen they couldn't.

gamera has the heart the size of a kaiju and that has seen him through battles with much more powerful enemies than himself. I still maintain the even godzilla would have a hard time dealing with iris. but godzilla is simply far more powerful and has emerged victorious from greater odds that gamera has faced. the only way both sets of fans would be satisfied is if both of them teamed up against a greater enemy, which is plausible as gamera will do anything to protect the earth, including level a city. while godzilla can and has worked with adversaries in the past to defeat a common enemy. remember he has never beaten king ghidorah in a one on one fight. he has needed help from rodan, mothra and even humans themselves to beat him. he can work with others if he really has to
It proves in the new Godzilla movie. Godzilla's new 350 feet tall out classes two big monsters. The MUTO and Mothra. The weight class and abilities out-class gamera by far.
Why would Godzilla have trouble with Iris? Iris only has two things going for it. It's fast which Godzilla has killed enemies faster than him and it steals the power of it's enemy which Godzilla has faced before.
I'm not saying godzilla would lose, if his opponent isn't into a straight up fight he tends to struggle early on until he knows the enemy's weaknesses, after that then godzilla only needs one opening. that's what I was getting at

This is actually really well done. If only the resolution was better. It's really hard to see whats going on at times. Do you realize that the rights to Gamera are in legal limbo right now? Legendary could walk in and grab the rights to Gamera for a song and dance probably. That would be the only thing to top a Godzilla / Kong battle.

We all know Godzilla would have won this fight easily. He's not the King of the Monsters for nothing. The way this battle ended, it may have seemed like Godzilla "bitched out" to some people, but you guys and gals have to remember: it took an alien monster to almost bring Godzilla to his knees without physically touching him. Almost. This was a show of respect for a worthy opponent who could fight on equal ground with the King. This was Godzilla's acknowledgment of (which is rare) a true rival, which so far is only King Ghidorah.

I'm glad that never fought because I like both monsters a lot but I like godzilla a lot more. It's good to see a movie that was crossover created from different movies and it was done very well. I'm glad that godzilla walked away and not fight with gamera as I have 2 tortoises myself that are around 16 inches long and 10 lbs.
The ending was from Godzilla v. Destoroyah, after Big G melted & the smoke cleared, his son has evolved fully from the Radiation & became the next Godzilla. This was all parts from their films cleverly edited together. Still made me wonder who would win if Gamera became super atomic like here vs. Godzilla's amped up wave of destruction like in KOTM. Wish they'd get together already!

Even if Godzilla did die by that last attack, as long his heart remains intake he can still fully regenerate his whole body and be back for a second round or a third and so on.
Reminds me of Death Battle's Godzilla VS Gamera, attacking the city and exchanging attacks, only they went on their merry way in the end instead of having one kill another.

Fun fact there was going to be a gvg but was scrapped for gvmg 2002 also in gvmg 2002 a new monster was supposed to be there just to be the die shot so they replaced it with kamoebas
