- My partner and I hiked the beautiful Laugavegur Trail from Landmannalaugar to Thórsmörk. Join us in this silent hike video from the trail. The trail has been listed as one of the worlds 20 best trails by National Geographic.
Feel free to ask questions in the comments :)
Absolutely incredible! I’ve officially started to try to convince some friends to do this with me. This video will definitely help. Thank you for posting!
Thank you so much! It is a great hike, and definitely something that is accessible to people of varying experience. So get the band together, you wont regret it :)
Absolutely majestic scenery my friend, this looks and feels amazing! Iceland is something special!
Thank you friend! Iceland for sure is exceptional. Now I just want to go back!!!
Epic video dude. What incredible scenery!

Amazing!!!! ❤
Thank you! It is definitely one of the most beautiful places I've been.
Stunning footage; and you were so lucky with the weather too.
Thank you so much for watching and leaving a comment. We were incredibly lucky with the weather! The year before we went to Norway and had 5 days of non stop rain haha.
Fantastisk.
Bjergtagende! I ordets allermest oprindelige betydning.
Smuk, smuk film

very good
Thank you very much!
Beautiful! What dates was this hike?
Thank you for watching! We hiked the first week of August last year :)
Great video! What did you wear on your feet when crossing the rivers? I saw one guy with what looked like trash bags on his feet :) Were you wearing water shoes?
Thanks for watching! I went barefeet. It was very cold and there was a lot of sharp rocks! My girlfriend was wearing some neoprene shoes, and that is what I would recommend :) Some people just get their trailrunners wet because they dry rather quickly, but I have no experience doing that.
Also remember to unbuckle your hip belt and sternum straps on the backpack before crossing. That way you can quickly drop it if you fall so you dont get dragged down. Same goes for boots, dont tie them together and carry them around your neck. They can fill with water and drag you down too.
Let me know if you have other questions :)
@@rasmuspreston Thank you! I am bringing my Teva water shoes then. They should do the trick. Barefoot sounds a bit too cold for me. Great suggestion with the shoes and backpack. Thanks again!
@@robb7733 your Tevas should be great! Have fun!
you guys should go all the way to Skogar, its on another lever
Thanks for the tip! I will definitely be back one day and will keep that in mind 👌
