    All negative comments are wrong.
    The Skoda is just great. I drive it myself and it is extremely fast despite the 2-liter engine :).
    He is simply extremely underrated ... Wolf in sheep's clothing.

      There is bright side of it: no one expects to be left behind a car like Octavia VRS, at least not 300hp+ 6 cylinders premium vehicles. Sometimes it is even embarrassing for them, so I apologize for being faster.

      My brother has a vRs that is stock and I do admit it seems alot faster than the figures would make you expect. I personally own a bmw 440i and sometimes the skoda comes across as scarier to me, weirdly

    Is there any upgrades to the stock clutch? Was thinking of going for APR "lower torque" map, but if it isnt an issue the normal one it is lol

    If I understood correctly, that is a 2.0 TFSI 200hp stock engine with stronger flywheel clutch + remap. So turbo, IC, exhaust, injectors, intake etc is all stock?? I did hear that these engines go to 300 hp with "just a remap" but this is insane.... coming from someone with Octavia 1.8T AUM 150 to 210 hp :-o

      No...stock 220hp 2.0 TSI 16V DOHC EA888 GEN3...the rest is correct. Now 320hp & 520Nm

      No. So far so good. But, it is not vise & there is no need to accelerate hard from 2000rpm in 5th or 6th gear. That will kill your clutch sooner or latter.

      trust me you need a new clutch mine slips occasionally at 300hp 450nm of torque 23,000 miles

      Yes. Record low fuel consumption: 4.8 l/100km at 75km/h for 200km compared to 5.2 l/100km before.

    Ja malo kasnim sa komentarom ali tek sad sam naišao na ovaj klip pa sam usput pogledao i ostale klipove sa tvog kanala.
    Ubrzanje ove tvoje Oktavije je brutalno. Ja sam sad uzeo 2019 vRS 245 manuelca i ne mogu biti zadovoljniji. Mislio sam da nema potrebe to jest da neću ništa raditi na pojačavaju snage ali poslje ovih klipova mislim da neću moći izdržati, moraću i ja odraditi apr1 i zamjenu sachs kvacila i zamajca što si preporučio.
    Reci mi molim te gdje si radio te modifikacije?
    Takodjer u jednom od komentara napisao si da ovaj mod ne skraćuje vijek motora kao recimo u onoj Skodi od 426ks sa petrolheads kanala. Ja ne znam nista o ovome ali definitivno (ne bih) ne mogu da mijenjam auto sljedećih 10-tak godina vjerovatno. Sad sam se istrošio, i ako je ovaj mod siguran odradio bi još to i uzivao...

      Pozz takođe. Čestitke za izbor automobila, nema greške. Fabrički motor i onaj na APR1 se ne mogu porediti. Razlika je ogromna. Set kvačila ne moraš menjati dokle god drži originalni. Ima po okolnim zemljama ovlašćenih dilera za APR, Mađarska, Austrija...pogledaj malo. Da, APR1 ne skraćuje vek motoru ni za mm.

    something fishy, either the video is sped up or this is not stage 1, as on an average it takes 12.5 seconds to hit 100-200 on stage 1 octavia vrs...posting two videos below on the stage 1 in other cars doing 100-200

      11.7 sec 100-200 GPS, on tacho it is less. Realistic? There are plenty of Stage 1 out there but one thing is certain: they are all different. Even within APR there are so many combinations available.
      - OEM Engine EA888: 210HP or 220HP or 230HP?
      - RON: 87 or 91 or 93 or 104?
      - Boost: Low or Medium or High?
      - Gearbox: 6M or 6DSG?
      - Just driver or +1 passenger (on your 2nd video)?
      Do some math and see how many variations are there only for APR stage 1, not to mention Revo, Unitronic and "home made" upgrades.
      The only conclusion I can come up with is that your Octavia VRS Stage1 is slower. Other than that, my VRS is equipped with Light Single-mass Flywheel, it improves performance, for sure.
      I appreciate your conspiracy theory, thanks 🙂

    There is no way this is stage 1 or video is not fastened.. absolutely no way 911 turbo does same acceleration from low rpm on 4th gear as chipped Octavia..

    Drive one with Stage 1 as well and y ist pretty fast but its defenitely not faster than an rs4 or an Panamera Turbo with over 200hp more.

      enemy, I would help you, but without any data I can't tell why your Subaru Impreza wrx is so frustratingly slow. Most likely it 's that home made gauge pod which chokes the full engine power...Take care enemy :-)

    bulsh*t, my dad has a golf 7r and raced against a stage 1 rs and we were side by side ! And you claim from 4 gear vs the 2 gear of golf r to 200km/h to win with 20km/h hahahah NO WAY, you were on the biggest downhill ever my friend !

      Perhaps I am wrong, but it looks like you are not familiar with the meaning of "stage 1". Not all "stage 1" are the same. Far from it. Your dad's Golf R has 300HP & 380Nm of torque. My high boost APR stage 1 delivers 516Nm of torque and 316HP.
      So, if you wish to compare have in mind not to mix apples and oranges. In other words 290HP & 400Nm Powerbox and 316HP & 516Nm APR 1 or even Revo 1.
      Even more, there are different options within APR stage 1:
      1) Fuel type: 95 / 98 / 100 Octane which effects the power & torque.
      Within fuel type you can choose:
      2) High boost: 305HP & 503Nm / 316 HP & 516Nm / 329HP & 518Nm
      3) Low boost: 292HP & 452Nm / 295HP & 454Nm / 299HP & 454 Nm
      As you can see, within "stage 1" there can be 37HP & 66Nm difference. Škoda that you mention (video) is with Powerbox 290HP & 400Nm and the race was close, as it should be. Golf GTI APR stage 1 which I mentioned (video) in the race with Golf R is 316HP & 516Nm. The difference is obvious and huge, several car lengths. Now, you can understand that not all "stage 1" are the same. Friendly advice, if you do not mind...when asking for someones engine HP, do not forget to ask for Nm (torque), only then you will have the whole picture of what is under the hood. 20.000 EUR extra paid for "higher class cars" with premium badge and 350+HP is not a guaranteed recipe to beat my Škoda. VAG does not make 10 different 2.0 TSI engines each one especially prepared for GTI, Club Sport, R, Seat Leon Cupra, Audi S3...they are 95% the same. The rest 5% is, for an example, well chosen "stage 1"!
      Let's get back to your stock Golf R and my high boost 98 octane APR1. The difference is +16HP which is not much, but, +136Nm of torque is what makes my VRS go that fast in 4th gear (or any) from 60km/h. It is pure physics, not wind in the back or downhill.

      Hi yes I'm pretty aware of that because my car is a diesel it's a BMW 530xd so its all about the NM with my car :))with remap u can check my videos :). And I watch the race send with the golf GTI didn’t win so much he was like a half a car away from the Golf R till 200km/h Compared to your video when the Skoda was from fourth gear you demolished the golf which was from second gear with 30 km to 200 and you only have like 20 N meters more than the golf GTI :))) And by the way the Max Torque of the golf R is from 1800rpm- 5500rpm :)) , unlike yours that is only a Peak :))

      Now you got the point! Look at Golf R revs while pushing hard through gears, all the time It is between 5200rpm and 6800rpm, right? As you said your self, Golf R Max torque is from 1800rpm - 5500rpm. Thus, 90% of the time it's under 380Nm max torque and dropping with each crankshaft revolution. Physics says it goes from 380Nm to 290Nm, or average 335Nm. Agree?
      So, while you are at average 335Nm shifting hard, take a look at my revs in 4th gear.
      I am sitting on my torque peak from 60km/h - 178km/h ; 2000rpm - 5800rpm...or:
      > average 477Nm at 2000rpm-2700rpm (+142Nm average over Golf R average 335Nm) <
      > average 516Nm at 2700rpm - 3500rpm (+181Nm average over Golf R average 335Nm) <
      > average 444Nm at 3500rpm - 5800rpm (+97Nm average over Golf R average 335Nm) <
      ...meaning, all the time Škoda average torque is above Golf R average torque: +142Nm > +181Nm > +97Nm.
      By then, I am at 178km/h and Golf R is -11km/h, or 1-2 lengths behind, which is the same as seen on Golf R vs white Golf GTI APR stage 1.
      What about HP? Very similar for both cars: 6500rpm = 287HP. Torque is what makes the difference.
      While I am at 200km/h in 4th, Golf R is at 184km/h, only -16km/h...I think it is not "demolition".

      It is fu**ing Škoda, but, Škoda is a part of VAG, meaning, its EA888 2.0 TSI engine, with variations, is used in Audi S3, Audi TTS, Seat Leon Cupra/Cupra-R, Golf Club, Golf R, Arteon R-line, Škoda Superb 4x4 with 210hp to 310hp power range (not mentioning upgrades) which can top 500hp with APR EFR7163 Turbocharger System.

I know everything about Honda and im not "just" a fan as you think. You didnt mention that Honda NSX-R did 7:56 on Nordschleife and it was not BTG like your Octavia time 8:30 BTG... It has shitty suspension aand full Electronic systems that are not allowed to go full throttle in the corner, it will brake you down because its shit. Also i almost forgot. Its shame that old HONDA NSX-R is from 1992 and newest hothatches cant still beat the old NSX or have problems to beat it. So congratulation again :) I see you have a lot of informations about Honda :D Also dont forget about new CTR and its time on Nordschleife 7:50 not BTG!!! Also i believe you havent tried cornering an octavia so dont talk about it because we all know that hondas stock cant do shit on cornering with suspension mods correct me if i am wrong or when that vtec kicks in

      So you are all wrong and have bad informations about it´s handling qualities and the Double Wishbone suspension. Stock EK9 or Integra DC2 have really good suspension that nobody has and the handling was on the highest level, testing on the tracks. You need to know how to drive with Honda, it´s not easy. And about the Octavia, i know that it´s cornering is very low because of Control Traction controls that can´t be turned off even if you´re in Sports Mode, The power you need to have in corner will be taking off so you can´t go Full Throttle on some long High Speed Corners. So that´s why. Anyway Skoda isn´t sport mark like Honda/Lambo/Porsche etc. It´s only Family Sedan with big Comfort and the bigest Suitcase...

    Fake. Car with 316Hp can not be faster than 400hp+ cars or even 510HP Alfa. Yeah, it is lighter and only front wheel drive, but Alfa is not 4x4 and it is only 100 - 150kg more.
    There is no way. Downhill or dyno.
