Nicki and Carlo, I say this from my heart. I'm 75 years young and four years ago we did what you just did. We moved to a place where we had space, A house that would be a forever home, like yours in Tuscany. With land around around us, room for a veg garden, beautiful big trees. You both have been so smart to future proof yourselves now while you can. I loved Positano through your eyes. I didn't want to see them leave too. I wondered when she and her family would visit and didn't think that' what Nicki was referring to, when she said she had guest coming over. I was so nice! to see them here in the new house. LOL! @ Elizabeth being playful with her goodbye "I will miss you" made me choke up a bit. She is so full of love in her heart. I just love her. Happy Birthday, Nicki! I remember you in Positano many many years ago with your beautiful red hair! I regret not getting to know you well back then. I used to come to Positano on any given holiday or long weekend. My lovely boyfriend Giulio sadly passed away very young, and of course, I remember Carlo too. I remember one time I visited Giulio and they had moved him to the family grave but I had no idea so I totally panicked. Carlo, very graciously told me where to go. I will be forever grateful for his calm and composed protection at that time. I enjoy watching your videos, they bring me back to a very important part of my life. Thank you!

I got a little chocked up when the car was coming down the driveway as I knew it was going to be Elizabeth. Simply wonderful that you shared this with us. I loved the flashback to Carlo bringing the gas cans down the steps in Positano and then seeing the propane tank hose delivering into the in ground tank.Yeah!!! You have had great succes in finding such great furniture pieces and positioning them throughout the house. Thank you again for sharing these wonderful daily life adventures with us!

Deco ideas : A much bigger massive table in the dining room. Take it out of the corner wall. THE 2 sofas are To small, but put a very big rug that goes under all the room. By it used but has To be big. Shops are good but look on marketplace for good deals. An enormous coffe table that fits the area
