Awesome video as always Nick and Mathilde. Cape York is definitely a bucket list track for any 4 Wheel driver. Can’t wait to see the next great Australian adventure. Thanks for letting us ride along with y’all on y’all’s journey around the world.
Had to wait a few days to check out your latest video. You two never back down when confronted with a challenge. I never know what to expect from one week to another. Never disappointed.
Hi you two!~ Great show, we were at car show today (Saturday California time) with teh 101" FC and a 1966 88"; Came home on my Defender 110 4.2L V8; watched you in Cape York! AWESOME! Fresh water will NOT harm electric's. Salt water yes! What you need to worry about is NOT getting water into the air cleaner intake, will SIEZE engine solid! Water DOES NOT compress; IF it happens, remove Glow Plugs (all) then turn key and pump the water out of the cylinders, re-fit glow plugs, then check that NO water on motor oil.. if none start up and go. WestCoastBritish Livermore, CA
I believe he is worried about his extra Lithium batteries he has installed in the back which run his fridge over night when there not driving. There floor level. There are solar panel regulators wired in also I believe.
hey yes we have in the defender all the fuses and cabling for our electronics under the seats... and the lithium... and the car is not sealed well. so that worries us
Thanks guys watching your video of driving Cape York roads and Molly Dixon👧 also doing it in her Hilux. Wild roads, looks like great way to tare up a good truck, but fun doing it Then you get stuck I'm sure Molly's Hilux can pull you out. Love the channel, have fun. Cheers 🍷🍷🍪🍪😎 .
Très surprenant ces paysages verdoyants. Nick tu as du t’éclater dans ces pistes. C’était impressionnant. J’ai adoré cet épisode - comme bien d’autres - , c’est mon plaisir du dimanche matin.
Awesome video, as Aussies we've watched probably 15 videos of TH-camrs doing Cape York this year and yours was far more interesting! Great to see a foreigner's perspective on the area. Probably how the Cambodians feel watching our videos around Cambodia haha. If you haven't visited Cambodia yet hit us up for some tips when you get here!
Congratulations once again for the excellent video and documentary work. Stunning how they get so much with so little equipment and only two crew members. At the level of any other professional and properly funded work. Exceptional narrative in each video.
Wow your twos videos are so awesome and entertaining . Seeing Australia threw your videos are so great . Seeing it threw some one else’s eyes is awesomely fun old memories of a area seen in a deferent way . Thanks for showing us all Australia threw new eyes . Awesome video again you two . Love that old guy saying that about Toyotas .I laughed so hard . The people you meat make the trip so much more entertaining , the memories they bring to a adventure trip are life long fun and laughter filled memories . Cheers from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A. :) :) 🌏🍻👍🏼😁 P.S. GOT TO JUST LOVE ALBO THE LANDY 😁🍻👍🏼
Awesome, just Awesome Guys. Your channel is like a National Geographic special. I used to have a Scout 4x4 that we did backcountry expeditions in the mountains around us. I can appreciate the great performance of Albo and also your 4x4 decision making. Love your channel. I am a little concerned that once your world escapade is over you will buy an acreage and pop out babies. C'est La Vie.
thank you so muchJaenne !!! hahahahahah honnestly it all depends if we manage to make enough money off TH-cam to continue or not! if we can I think we will !
Wow, serious forest, serious tracks. Loved that you got to see a cassowary - amazing birds. Glad you missed out on the saltwater crocs. Albo! What a legend. He would probably have jumped in to save you if a croc had come along.
That is the kind of place I would like to go. Looks like a lot of fun. Besides, they are English speakers, it is a stable country, there are no people stopping you for money, and the temperatures are pleasant. Can''t wait for next week's episode. Rock on!
@@NextMeridianExpedition I'm sure I would. However, where you were looked remote. Where is the Home Depot, the fast food, the shopping mall? Where could I ride my bike? 😀

Albo you are doing amazing...those carbon units that drive you are pretty impressive too😂 That is crazy to go from lush tropics to desert like conditions by just crossing a river. So much fun to be a virtual passenger. 🤪💜

Hello Jordan, Thank you for the kind words! we hope to make it to South Africa one day!!! Welcome to the channel and thanks for taking the time to comment!
The Daintree isn't one of the oldest rainforests, it is the oldest. Ive never seen a denser jungle than Queensland, even in Brazil. Also Papa New Guinea shares many species with Australia, it's actually still part of the Australian continent. A fault sank the land creating the Torress Strait islands.
AMAZING!!🎉 You Should check in with 4X4 247 Ask Sheano about doing a trip with them. The collaboration would get your channel the 1 Million subs you so rightly deserve. CHEERS AND SAFE TRAVELS. Steve h.
I have been following your adventure from the start and it looks like you are enjoying Australia very much. A technical question for you, Nick. In this episode you drove in a lot of rain. Just wondering how those BFG KO2's do on wet roads. I just put a set on my Subaru, but have heard a lot of comments that they are not good in the wet. Your thoughts would be appreciatied.
Howdy Albies! Wow that opening segment when y’all have the defender bar open and Nick says “what’s for lunch” I see Mathilde looking very sexy and think well Nick you should not pass on that sandwich! Wow! Thanks for the share! Be safe!
You should try to connect with Molly Dixon, a very talented Australian TH-camr that makes videos in the same style than yours. She just put a new video of the Old Telegraph track today. That looks more crazy than anything you have ever done in this trip. You are going to have fun! And probably need some help at some stage.
@@Tristan_de_Kermadec Never heard of her, so went to watch some videos. serious stuff and a great video, but I honestly don't think her style is similar to NextMeridian.
