- Here's a quick and easy DIY video covering LED light bulb upgrades on my 2017 Honda Civic Si (10th Gen Honda Civic). It's a cost effective way to improve the look of your new civic! I'm very happy with the improved clarity of the LED bulbs, and the cool color temperature of these bulbs makes the car look more modernized.
The LED headlights (H11 bulbs) did not need ballasts and did not throw any codes on the car, but there are LED light kits that require ballasts/resistors. The specific ones I received have a built-in fans to cool the bulbs during use. The foglights were spot-light type bulbs (H8 bulbs)and the interior/trunk lights were 5050 style bulbs. A big thank you to Envision Motorsport for the hookup on these lights, I'm glad I tried them out!

Thanks man! Yeah those bulbs were cake, and since it would’ve been an easy diy tutorial I though spice up the editing a little bit. Crazy how the others were rather simple as well!
I added gtr lightings reverse lights claiming to be 1000 lumins. Its so bright you can't look at them for more than just a glance.I had to laugh when I saw that you were installing that interior led in reverse light. Keep up the good work, very informative....
Oh boy well hey if it keeps you from gettin hit then I’d say send it 😂. Oh yeah at first they looked like they fit, but then seeing them in the housing they were laughably dim in comparison to the halogen bulb

What is the bulb size for the FOG LIGHTS
Personally I prefer how halogens look for the interior, gives it a “warmer” or “cozier” feel. I would strongly recommend getting good LEDs and swapping out all of the lights on the back of the car, they look so much better

Hey bro I noticed that your LED bulbs shine bright close to your car instead of far away like your stock bulbs. I recommend getting LED bulbs that closely mimic the bulb's bright point that way the light can be spread in the most efficient way.

Thanks for the great video! I ordered the H11 and H8 bulbs from Envision Motorsport and they look great! Did you also do you high beams? I ordered the 9005 bulbs from them and they don't work. Just curious if you replaced yours and if so, was there a seperate kit/ballast needed? Thanks again for the great video!

That's amazing!. Two years ago, I already had Installed all led lights exterior and interior for my 2016 honda civic EX-L. I love it! :). And also, a few months ago I got a new Depo led headlights like Touring. It was so amazing design headlights. I think I'm recommend you get depo led headlight civic like touring but it's a little expensive. It's up to you.

These is good price and tutorial video show how to headlights install. That's simple! :)
The garnishment on the front bumper around the fog light can be simply unclipped to give easy access to the fog light assembly and bulb. No reason to put the car up and unbolt and unclip things underneath.
How is the visibility with the led headlights. Are they better or no?
What size of light did you use for the middle light? It's a different size than the others

In my opinion I think the OEM full LED headlights that are available on the newer models and type Rs are more blinding than these led bulb replacements. You'll be okay 😎👍

How about removing an entire fog light assembly? I had a rock crack one of my lenses, on the driver's side. Could you do a video on that? I also have a 2015 Honda Fit with the the driver side fog light lens cracked almost exactly the same way. You can tell my 2018 Civic and Fit are related to each other....lol.

I’m actually editing a video demonstrating that atm! But you basically spread the ring with your fingers, start at one edge and tuck that into the groove seen on the surface of the bushing (once it’s pushed back into the cable ). Then slowly work around the ring. Same applies to the larger ring but you don’t need to pull it apart
I know that you're all in on the Acuity parts, but would you possibly be interested in doing a video for the new Alta Shift Cable Lockdown? I've heard that it completely eliminates any "crunch" that remains after doing the Acuity bushing upgrades.
I’ve looked into that part, but tbh you don’t need to buy a part to fix that wobbly plastic cable bushing on the shifter housing. The shifter fix video on the acuity channel shows an easy way to just use zip ties to fix the same issue.

Hey man! So I got the headlight bulbs (h11), fog light bulbs (h8 bulbs), a small interior lighting kit (don't remember the size but it's pretty generic). Don't hesitate to email/dm envision cuz the owner, Jose, originally organized my kit based on the lights I wanted to replace in the car 👍

Mrs Civic 10th gen 2016 got standard yellow head light, I felt it’s not bright enough for night vision..

I don't recall a size on that actually, but if you contact envision motorpsport they can confirm sizes and fitment of the bulbs you wish to swap out!

Hey man! Sorry for the delay. I'm sure you could squeeze by taking out less bolts. But imo I took all that stuff off with basic tools, and the extra bits to remove provide the most room to get your hands behind the bumper to unclip the wiring and then remove the bulb itself
@@Pawinning I tried just popping off the front clips on the front but that didn't go too well. I lost my socket wrench too so guess the fog light install is gonna have to wait 😔

Idk much about led light terms, but I do know that the fog light bulbs we're spot led bulbs. The led headlight bulbs were a direct replacement for the halogen h11 bulbs
