    One of my all-time favorites.
It has to be in the top 50 best songs ever recorded.

Marty is both a wise and humble man to step aside and let McGuinn and his guitar shine. And they surely do light up the stage. And Marty himself is truly elated.

None better than Marty interviewing his peers, he definitely brings out the best in them. I'll never forget when he spoke with John Prine, just terrific - John clearly had a good time.

    EVERY BIT AS GOOD
This is every bit as good as the original Byrds version...
Four plus minutes worth listening to again and again...
The Fabulous Superlatives are on top form. Kenny as usual and spot on vocals and drums.
Marty's economy on the B-string Bender shows that he gets it.

I wonder how many times Clarence played that song with McGuinn using the very same guitar Marty is playing. Clarence was with the Byrds for 4-1/2 years; second only in tenure to McGuinn himself.

I wish it had been mixed with it a bit higher in the mix. There's a live recording floating around of the Byrds with Clarence higher in the mix, and he's just killing it.
I have a feeling Marty listened to that prior to this performance.
I got to play Marty/Clarence's guitar for about five minutes, and it's amazing.

Rickenbacker 370/12 “Roger Mcguinn” edition in jet glo(they are typically maple glo). You can see the signature by his hands. You can still buy a 370/12 from rickenbacker. As you might imagine, they are always pre-order and wait, and a fairly pricey instrument. Any 12 string rickenbacker with toaster pick ups can replicate the sounds albeit it does require compression, the right amp/speaker setup, and so forth. Mcguinn’s special edition model had a built in compressor like he used to use back in the day. Jangleboxes and the like replicate the sound very well.
