Love this I am thinking of purchasing this kit and was wondering how difficult is it to make the belly pan? Also why do you add weight to the inside of the engine?
This kit is not that difficult to build. I think it will probably be easy to make. The purpose of adding weights to the engine is to give it a heavy feel. If it's too light, it looks like a toy. 😄

The front forks on this model are worse than bad...!! And the fact you need to buy new forks on a model at this price is not on ...!! and don't follow the plans don't put the discs on the wheels first as I ruined my perfect spray job on my wheels trying to fit them in a horrendous design....
@@dollpy-bikemodeller Thanks for the reply got the BMW HP4 race to build as well hopefully that will go better...!! don't get me wrong I really enjoy making the Kawasaki detailing engine...etc other than working the holes to get bits to fit level / in places which I didn't really mind but hated the forks filling and sanded mine and resprayed now look ok but hmm...!! All the best and as I said before your work is excellent I can only dream of getting as good as yourself.

Because this kit is Meng Model's first product, the details and quality are not good. I agree with your opinion
