where you buy the decals?

I bought it at an online shop in Korea, but you can also buy it on eBay. Search for 'TB DECAL'

What are you using for an adhesive on the parts ? I see you use a toothpick...it it epoxy or CA ?

The adhesive is using CA. Depending on your personal taste, you can use something else.
