  • Bob and Kitana were scheduled in Bensalem, Pa to change the look of a homes front porch. While the setup was comfortable and accommodating, the entire structure was neglected for years, causing rot and infestation, as you will see in the video.
We removed the unwanted/unnecessary components of the deck and replaced the posts and railings with modern alternatives.
The entire deck was infested with billions and billions of ants and the client was happy to see it all go.
Take a look at the video and let us know in the comments what you think about the ceiling fans. Would you keep them or change them out?
The following tools were used in this project:
    DeWalt 20v reciprocating saw - amzn.to/3cVKt0n
    DeWalt miter saw - amzn.to/3wE4Tmu
    DeWalt 20v Impact - amzn.to/3xxUhFR
HALF PRICE Awesome 3rd party 20v DeWalt Batteries - amzn.to/3zEBScl
    Stanley Prybar - amzn.to/3gFYJeU
    Milwaukee Measuring Tape - amzn.to/2SQ1odU
    Ryobi Compact Blower - amzn.to/2TI3zjX
    CAMERAS USED:
    Osmo Action Cam - amzn.to/3gFczPK
    Close up of ants - iPhone 12 - amzn.to/3cQFq1i

Railing and posts look great. Fans, not so much - they distract attention from the work you finished.

You see fans like that in foreclosed houses because the banks shut off the electric and the basements flood.
