This came in just in time wow! I want to make my youngest niece a granny square baby blanket and didn’t even know where to begin. There’s so many diff infos out there. I just started crocheting granny squares and was like I’ll figure the rest out later and then bam here you are with this! 1000 thank you’s! I have a question about this. I naturally crochet tight when I crochet due to the way I taught myself to crochet. I am making a Californian King size blanket. I am also wondering if I need to block the individual pieces before putting them together? It is for a friend that has already brought all the yarn. It is a 6 row square the 6th row is the joining round which is a cream colour and the cream is not ever a Center colour ( in the very first row) . Another thing it is 100% acrylic yarn.
Ah! You are wanting to make some BIG squares! Love it. Honestly, the sizes of the blankets I mention in the chart are basic recommended dimensions. But don't let that hold you back! Make your blanket whatever size YOU want to make it. You can also possibly play with combining different size squares together. I hope this helps! 😊❤️🧶
Hi Tiffany I just wanted to let you know that I will not be able to make this one. Don't have all the yarn nor can I work on 3 projects at the same time. Not even sure if I can do the 2nd one I picked up. I'm going to push myself to do the Temperature Blanket. I'm just having a very hard 3 days and it gets that way. I'm sorry. What if the squares are bigger then the sizes on the chart can I still do it the why the chart says
