He's the best robin because he's the only one that became his own character. Everything that's good about Robin came from Robin. His own series, his own rogue's gallery, even pants
Rather than being just the brawn like Dick and Jason are, he's also a brain, with great detective skills and also him being the one Robin to discover Bruce is Batman on his own. Also I love him in the Gotham Knights game, he's so cool too use.
Another thing is every other Robin doesn’t fill the role correctly. Grayson: obsessed with being his own person, feels like he’s in Batman’s shadow. Todd: closest to a villain that a hero can get. Damian: is Damian Tim is the one that follows in Batman’s steps closest. Tim is the only one to take Robin into his own character,,, instead of running from it.
This is why I believe Tim is the worthy succesor of the Batman mantle. I don't dislike Terry, but I just see an established character of the Batman mythos/family more deserving/destined than a complete new addition like Terry.
I disagree. Terry shows that anyone with the right heart can make Batman worthwhile. That’s better communicated with someone who is totally divorced from the family.
oh yeah mos def hes always been the best detective out of all of them. I also could be biased because i grew up with him being robin but i always thought he was the only one that really wanted to be robin so he worked harder than the others to prove himself
@@Latveria_Library I feel like he is often forgotten since Damian came along I think they need to define Tim's character more give him a new identity similar to Red hood and Nightwing
@@topsdaily_productions I agree i would love to read an ongoing series with him give him a new code name maybe have him move to a new city have him stuggling with getting out of the bat family shadow it would be very interesting
**Favorite best comic arc run was/is his RED ROBIN solo series** Ra's al ghul: **Tim drake is not like Bruce Wayne... he isn't Grayson nor Damian... DRAKE IS DIFFERENT. Look behind his eyes I suspect he has already won.**
I feel Tim made robin as a character popular. Before Tim robin was a joke people thought of the old Batman show, or the one before him they voted to kill off. With Tim they toke their time to make him a character before becoming robin and not another Jason a copycat dick they reconed later to make different. There is a reason he had his own series for so long. Robins before never had one. One after never last as long. I believe the reason Tim can’t keep a series now is because they get writers that don’t understand Tim.
it's just too bad they gave him the ice man treatment. if you get what I'm saying. don't expect to see Tim outside of pride anthologies for the foreseeable future. his new series was so bad it ended after 10 issues.
Tim was the best DRAKE. Quack. Quack. Wasn't Tim Drake the future Batman Eternal who returns to present times on a mission to kill lesbian Batwoman and fairy child Superboy ???
I disagree. TIm Drake is the lamest Robin. Dick Grayson went on to form his own identity as Nightwing, Jason Todd was killed, resurrected, and is not an anti-hero. Damian Wayne is the son of Bruce Wayne and has been trained to be an assassin. Tim Drake is smart. Yea he real smart. What's his edge factor? He's smart. He even has a pleasant family, no trauma, no pain, no real reason to be Robin besides He's smart. That makes Tim Drake boring. The other three Robin's are compelling for different reasons, but Tim Drake is like a filler character. I don't have any deep investment in Tim Drake because he's the most forgettable. He had more of an impact in Batman Beyond return of the Joker. Tim Drake us a goodie two shoes who never had a real trail by fire.
yes hes a goodie two shoes its why hes a good robin and why he wanted to be robin its what batman needs hes the balance, the light to the dark knight someone he can trust to watch his back and eventually take over because remember first and foremost batman is a detective as is tim which to me makes him far more interesting also his mom was killed and dad left in a coma eventually dying in later issues so that trauma is there like all the others plus he had the longest/most popular running robin series ever but we can agree to disagree :)
@@marchionessamoretto7326Dick Grayson is great as Robin but he came into his own when he became nightwing. He always felt like he was in Batman’s shadow. Tim Drake was the only Robin that decided on his own to become Robin.
I absolutely love the video, because Tim Drake never gets the respect he should.
I like your Jack pfp
@@acesongbird Thank you
Tim is Batman's partner not a sidekick. When Ra's even refers to Tim as the detective high praise indeed.

Tim has amazing teamwork in a lot of the animated shows. He has great leadership and planning on any team he's on.
Hell yeah man if you havent check out teen titans new 52 run it's some of the best of tim drake he just a natural born leader

Happy Birthday Tim Drake!
I always thought Tim was the best Robin even when i was a kid I kinda assumed Tim was the smartest based on the comics i had read

Good video mate, and i hope you the best.
Thanks buddy! That means alot
Great video. Tim got me into comics
Tim drake stopping ra al ghoul was great
