The critique one is an important one and something I took a while to get used to.
Someone always thinks what you're doing is wrong or you should of done it better or a different, safer, faster, efficient way.
It used to be really demoralising feeling proud of a project and there's some random person who's never done it before rip your job apart and say it's wrong :D
Thick skin is needed and takes a long time to get!

I've missed a lot of content because life's been a rush in the past couple years. I remember watching some videos when the channel had around 40k subscribers and the offices were only on the ground level and Ashville didn't even had the means to have the trains unload materials there. It's great to see how the business has grown! It seems I have a lot of catching up to do!
Great & informative Daniel of the pros and cons of opening yourself up when recording the Ashville business. The good and the bad side, unfortunately comes with being very popular. Keep being you and successful and giving your experience to prepare anyone with what they will be exposed to👍🏾

Thanks Danny for sharing this we have been showing videos of some of our work on our channel, about 3 months now its been good as we use it to show new clients how we work on site problem solving along with good working relationship.
On downside it's something we knew about key board warriors come after you but as business people you got to have a strong back and beleave in your product while they get joy in (trying to put you down ) we use it as energy to push on and make our money 💰.
Take they negative and add to our positive and create power 🔋 In ourselves

I would say that this is one of the most important videos that you have ever uploaded Daniel, as hopefully it will help some company's who are seriously thinking about starting a TH-cam channel to promote their business.
The critique part is also very important as they will be opening the door for everyone to see what they do and how they do it.
Take my little channel for example, although the main reason for it's existence is to hopefully raise funds for a charity, I still get people calling me out and saying that it's a con. Without trying to brag, I don't really need the extra money as I'm at the point in my life where I'm fairly comfortable and don't need additional funds (although that could never hurt 😁). if it ever gets monetized then the majority of all earnings will be going straight to the charity but, getting people to believe that can be difficult sometimes.
Love the channel Daniel and have been a longtime subscriber and it's great to see how the channel has grown over the years.👍
