    I picked up a new gimbal (stabiliser), the Ronin SC ( amzn.to/3fmrM4u )... turns out I didn't set it up correctly so the footage is a tad wobbly... next upload should be smooth as butter!!

    Made this earlier this week, and using coffee liqueur is absolutely brilliant. Will see if I try the grenadine version in the future as well, I guess there’s always the possibility to add a float of coffee liqueur if I needed 😎. Oh, and I like the way you’ve added the recipe to the video itself!

    Very interesting recipe.
    I have got one I would like your opinion on:
    Ratios:
    1 blue curaçao
    1 cachaça (brazilian)
    1 peach liqueur
    0,5 malibu
    0,5 lime juice
    0,5 or to taste simple sirup
    Either served over crushed ice ore shaken for quite a bit to dilute.
    This drink was made by a friend of mine at a party and i haven't found anything online about it. He called it the "blue seas"
    Keep the good content coming. 👌

    The new editing is a great improvement. I think theres one small tweak that could make it even better: when you show the recipe in the gray overlay box, put the box in a place where it never goes on top of Steves face. See 1:51 for example of this happening.

  • @bryanhayes8593

    To me, that pineapple ratio is way out of whack. Its so sweet that along with the coconut rum, this really needs more rum (4oz. to match the 4oz. Of pineapple). 1.5 oz Malibu, 1.5 oz plantation5, 1 oz 151 (lemon hart or hamilton) is a better ratio for my preference. I also upped the lemon to approx .75 oz but I like my tiki drinks a bit more sour than the typical recipe. Also, you may want to pour into 2 highballs to share since its 4 oz. of rum. Just my 2 cents.

    • @StevetheBartender_
      @StevetheBartender_  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I agree.. I was just using a recipe but 100% would either lower the pineapple or increase the rum..
