I was looking at some flied lice vids when I thought....Wok would Yan do? So here I am! Super thanks for saving these things. Yan taught me everything I ever knew about woking way way back. Still have all his books around here somewhere. Back then the audience was stuffed with old farts. Now...I'm one of them! Darn! Here's woking to ya lane!
Loved watching this show as a kid… But… None of the meats are cooked… sure it’s for TV but everything is only barely cooked. Eating any of this would have made you sick!
It's all cooked. Thats the whole point of wok cooking. Very high heat, very fast. Wok cooking shouldn't take more than 2 minutes at the absolute most. That's why his meat is cut thin. Have you not never ordered Wok food at a food.court or restaurant?
