It's response videos like this that bring to bear the real fact New Jersey has the highest LEO rate per capita out of all the states in the Union besides our nation's capital! This density of LEOs is nowhere higher than in the region of North Jersey. Ride the GSP or Turnpike north from New Brunswick through to Bergen County, and it would be abnormal to NOT see at least a dozen state/county/parkway units; out on patrol, conducting traffic stops, assisting disabled motorists, and otherwise keeping a very high visibility to the public. If any brother NJ LEO is in some distress or requests major assistance, you can be sure the whole damn calvary will turn out and flood the area with a dozen or more screaming units responding in Code 2!
