Funny thing about fire videos; everybody knows more about how to do the job better than the firemen on the scene; just read the comments below, for example. I was a volunteer for years, and at every fire there were the curbside experts who knew the true methods, and were quite willing to express them. Different fire companies have different methods and equipment. I once visited the London (England) fire brigade; almost everything was totally different than we had.

Need a deterrent, and here is an example: 20 years in prison for the first offense, 40 years for the second, and 60 for the third.

What self respecting police department still have a 12 year old car? In Australia we only keep our patrol cars for 2-3 years at the most.
