I just looked at the webpage for the ceramicspeed . Are you sh**ing me! I had no idea that there was more money to spend on rear derailleur pulley wheels!

Where did you get the Caad12 decals from? Have been searching but can't really find anything in the UK. Cheers

I have a caad10, do you think the caad12 is a real noticable step up from 10? I find the caad10 a great bike and pretty comfortable but always wondered if I'm missing out on a caad12.

I have both caad10 and caad12. I think 12 is noticeable step up in comfort. Especially twelves fork seems to absorb shocks better. 10 still rides nice though, difference might be noticeable but it is not substantial. I personally like some minor geometry changes (a tad shorter chainstay and lower BB). 12 has also a little bit more tyre clearance so you might be able to run 28 mm tyres if that is your thing. Both 10 and 12 frames are probably aerodynamically quite bad compared to most modern frames so if you primarily seek speed gains you should look elsewhere. Caad12 (or 10) with deep section wheels will be quite fast bicycle but never among the fastest.

I literally just swapped all my groupset and wheels from a caad10 to caad12. Noticeably more comfortable but just as stiff 👌

I like the saddle but I don't see it on the Fabric website.

    Sizing Help:
I'm 178 cm (5ft10") with 83 cm (32,5) inseam. Saddle height is at 73 cm from BB. It' s my first real road bike
    Size 54 or 52?

I would recommend a bike fitting, I'm 176cm and my saddle height is 75.5cm, if your saddle height is truly 73cm then go fir the 52cm bike

Gday - can you tell me how you changed the bottom bracket and crankset to shimano? Do you find it better than the bb30 cannondale crank combo? Thanks :)
