I’ve got a thunderbolt3 dock with 2 monitors connected that I’m hoping this pc will be able to run through the front usb4 port. Was this something you tested? Can it run multiple monitors through the one usb4 port?
Funny - I did this exact thing a couple of weeks ago as a test - only had 32gb of mem, and was running the UM780XTX - needs more memory before I fully switch - but I really could not tell the difference between the 780XTX and my 5700x3D main PC in either day to day OR most of my gaming activities (the 780m cannot handle 7Days to Die well at all :)). To that end, I'm going to just pick up an eGPU mount to run via Occulink.
hell yeah, if you can get an Oculink setup, it would turn this into a beast. I really wish the UM780XTX didn't lose the second m.2 for the Oculink or I would get a 3D printed eGPU dock for it. it's the only thing keeping the UM780XTX from being perfect. I hope we get another version of it from Minisforum with a dedicated Oculink port, and also hopefully they bring back the color options. I will probably keep that system running for as long humanly possible just because I love that blue case so much.
this is the future this and the snapdragon which put processor uhd and gpu all on the same chip I am pretty sure this is why we see NVidia and other getting in to the mini PC market . I think pretty much at least at this TIme beyond 15 to 32 GB of Ram most Device will just use all the ram use feed it with out any real gain
I really wish Microsoft didn't sign an exclusivity deal with Qualcomm. Imagine if MediaTek and Nvidia were involved in the Windows On ARM roll out. The biggest issue with Qualcomm is how insanely terrible they are at proper driver support. Considering its normal practice on mobile to abandon driver development for SoC's after they release, it's no surprise Qualcomm dropped the ball there but it's crazy to be they really didnt expect anything bad to happen. I dream of what the launch would have been like if Nvidia released a SoC with their own iGPU based on Ada, and actual proper driver support. Nvidia could take over the whole handheld and Mini PC market if they can get an ARM chip out with an iGPU that is as powerful or more powerful than AMD and Intel's iGPUs. DLSS support would already be a huge selling point for a lot of people.
Bro help me please , I have a ryzen 5 5500U and it refuses to set my tdp to be 25W even though I followed every step in your AMD tunning utility , my laptop is hp 255 G8 notebook , I have all the latest drivers installed but still no luck

Eh... even a Orange pi zero 3 can replace your desktop if your daily needs does not go beyond "watching youtube at full hd".
Hello, when will be published video report from the challenge?

I would like to see one of these that you could get to at least support 4 monitors.
You might miss Intel quick sync or w.e. it's called. From what I heard video editing is faster? Or maybe exporting video I forget
does this have an intel wifi card? Nobody mentions this(!!)

question could you test cod iw zombies or the normal multiplayer to check its performance?
waiting for upcoming videos on this topic
Every month they bring in a new model. If something goes wrong with your unit, then you will buy a new one.

Why did you put 96GB into that mini PC? Are you using firefox? xD
worse, im using adobe software 🤮
Exactly no need, the box does not have a RTX 4090 lol.
@@EVOTech1how does cope with video editing?
The cpu is alright for emulation, but running new games the box will burnout running cyber punk at over 100 fps lol.
Can you edit?
Another great vid, thanks
What lol ?
If you could, can you run time spy on it?
