Have you noticed a difference in quality between brands?
You need quite a hard light source and clothing / props which can sparkle/shine.

I am a hugr fan of yours.but in this shoot i just littel bit confused about the lighting just u didi..it can be achieved in 2 lights also
I tried using a star filter from a very well known brand. The result I got was images so soft that they couldn't be used. Ever had that issue Lindsey or what star filter are you using?
Your moonlight has to be strong enough and settings low enough for it to pop ! There’s a little trick to working with start filters
@@Ashleyunfiltered It has nothing to do with the power of the monolight. I got the star effect, that was easy. The problem is the effect that causes the pin light sources to pop also effects the overall skin and creates very soft images. Unless there is something special about the specific filter Lindsey is using, hence my question.
Is profoto D2 is a contnious light or flash light please clarify this thing ?
The Profoto D2 can do both
