For sale is a modified 1977 Porsche 911 (930 tribute). The car was owned by the same guy since the early 1990s in Tracy, CA. He stated that shortly after he bought the car, they built up a 3.0L engine and replaced the unwanted 2.7L. He bought the car cosmetically like it is. He was a truck driver and was barely home, so it was only driven occasionally. The paint is in decent shape as a driver. It is not perfect, and has imperfections as shown. No sign of previous accidents, or rust on the body. The interior is in good shape, besides a few cracks on the dash. I would give the car I 7/10 cosmetically. Mechanically it runs and drives very well! The motor is very healthy, sounds great and has plenty of power. I drove it two hours home. No notable leaking. No smoking. Transmission shifts well through the gears. It goes straight down the road. You'll always find things to repair, make better and work on, so please know what you are buying. Come drive it and inspect it yourself. I did not receive much in terms of service records, so we are not sure what major things were done in the past. New tires. I have seen this car on Facebook before this dealer bought it. Owning one of these before. I would say it is better to wait for one that is set up the way you like that only has inexpensive aesthetics you are thinking about changing. Or just get a new modern sports car.
It is a bit odd that these questions have gone unanswered in the comments section for months as well.
Seems like a good deal but after owning one these I rather just pay more for a better example. Interior is nice though.
