I am so lost in reviews. I am trying to make Floaty Real Estate Videos. Using my iphone is not cutting it. I am totally lost in reviews. Insta 360 x 4 verus GO PRO MAX or OSBOT Tail Air. I want high quality imagers and walk throughs that wont make hallways look too narrow. Please help.
The GoPro VR player link isn't working
If you want to do virtual tour, wouldn't it make sense to host the photo in a mobile app or a web site. How do say future home buyers see it without downloading the Go Pro VR player? Just pondering. Good stuff as always...
GoPro VR Player is just to preview/check the photos after export. You will need to use an online platform to host the photos for future home buyers to see them.
@@Best360 I've found another great viewer-only app that is a stand-alone (i.e. doesn't need to be "installed"). It's FSPViewer, and I've been using that one for a while, and it's free. I did find a 3rd free pano viewer, but don't remember the name off the top of my head. Wasn't quite as good as FSPViewer.
There are many hosting platforms. I use CloudPano and LOVE it. Most platforms require payment on a per-tour or monthly basis to use them, but there may be some sites left that host for free, or at least host x-amount of tours free before you have to start paying.
Another good general search question would be what online platforms display panoramas AS panoramas. Most social media platforms, for example, would take your pano upload but display it as a flat picture. Facebook DOES recognize a pano as a pano, allowing you to pan around. Google street view too. However, if you use a social media platform that can accept pano images as panos, you won't have your hotspot linking ability. You would need an actual hosting site for that. But you can show panoramas as individual panos on those social media platforms. The viewer would just have to open one pano, close it and then open the next each time. Not ideal, but doable.

Affinity photo is required because photoshop will give a hard stitch line

1:03 Why are you only importing DNGs and not the INSP files?
Also, why do we need to stitch the photos, aren't photos already stitched?
DNG files are high quality photos (RAW). INSP are JPEGs and low quality.
The photos are not already stitched. You have to stitch them
@@Best360 I don't understand. I am viewing them directly in the insta 360 app and software directly, they look very neatly stitched to me. Why do they need to be stitched further?
