  • Incredibly tasty and juicy cauliflower, which is not fried, but roasted in the oven. Its glossy appearance comes from the aromatic paprika sauce. A very easy vegetarian recipe with a unique taste!

    Ingredients:
    Half a head of cauliflower
    100 g flour
    180 ml milk
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    Sauce:
    40 ml red wine
    1 tbsp paprika paste
    60 ml water
    50 g butter
    1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp smoked paprika
    1 tbsp vinegar
    Pinch of salt
    Pinch of sugar
    Instructions:
    Cut a head of cauliflower in half. Cut one half into smaller pieces. In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper, 1 tsp salt and milk. Mix well. The mixture should be relatively thick. Dip the pieces of cauliflower in it, then take them out and place them on a tray lined with baking paper. Roast in a preheated oven at 180C/360F for 50 minutes. During this time, on the stove (medium-high heat) in a saucepan, heat the wine. After the alcohol has evaporated, add the pepper paste. Stir well. Add the water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar and the butter. Stir and leave until the sauce thickens. Put the roasted cauliflower in a bowl and pour the sauce over it. Stir to coat the sauce. When eating, you can also add garlic sauce.
