Thank you a lot of value in this video I got 15 months for conspiracy to distribute cocaine. It’s been a week since court and the bop still hasn’t designated me anywhere yet since I had a gun and prior gun stuff hopefully it’s not at a medium
How did you manage to avoid the 924c!?
@@InvisibleGuy2 not sure the CHS noted that I had one when he got in the car to buy the cocaine it was a small amount 4oz. It was at a level 16 offense I had like I think 2 points my guidelines ranged from 21-27 months. It still sucks but I’m happy for the 15 months.
My husband is locked up too in federal prison.

Do federal inmates always get transferred out of state? My husband is locked up in MDC prison. Here in CA. Worry he will be transferred out

No one can possibly be ready for federal prison. You realize you are hitting rock bottom and that you screwed up royally. The shame you impose on yourself is difficult to absorb. Society creates a prison to say you have behaved so poorly that you don't belong with a free people.
My goal is to get people as ready as possible. Good to hear from you.
